- 플라스틱 성형기용 바아, 로드, 플레이트 또는 블록 형태의 인성 강화 블랭크에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 합금강으로 제조되고, 1020 내지 1030℃에서의 오스테나이트화, 상온으로의 냉각 및 540 내지 625℃에서의 뜨임을 포함하는 열처리 후, 상기 합금강의 매트릭스는 실질적으로 뜨임된 마르텐사이트와 상기 강의 매트릭스에서 기본적으로 완전히 M(C,N) 탄질화물로 구성되는 총 0.3 내지 1.0 부피%의 1차 석출 질화 탄소로 이루어진 미세 조직과 35 내지 45 HRC를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인성 강화 블랭크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,0.20~0.27%의 C를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,최대 0.5%의 Si를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금강.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,최대 0.8%의 Mn을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금강.
