Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 합금성분의 조정과, 용체화 처리, 시효처리 등의 공정 조건을 제어하여 HRC 38 이상의 고경도와 20J 이상의 높은 수준의 V 놋치 샤르피 충격값을 동시에 확보함으로써, 금형의 사용수명을 크게 연장시킬 수 있고, 인성이 우수하여 플라스틱 재료의 맞물림에 의해 형합면 등에 생기는 흠 발생이나 성형기에의 금형의 장착, 탈착 및 보관 등과 같은 금형의 취급시에 발생될 수 있는 코너부의 균열이 저감되며, 이로 인하여 플라스틱의 성형을 고속으로 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 고경도, 청정성, 균일조직이 함께 어울려 우수한 경면성을 갖고, 더불어 제반 성질도 구비한 금형강을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 중량%로 C:0.05~0.13%, Si:0.2~1.2%, Mn:1.3~1.7%, Cr:0.2~1.0%, Mo:0.2~1.0%, Ni:2.5~3.5%, Cu:0.7~1.5%, Al:0.7~1.5%, Nb:0.01~0.1%, S:0.006%이하, 잔부Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강을 열간 가공한 후,
재가열시 오스테나이트 변태 완료점(Ac3)보다 10~30℃ 높은 온도까지 가열하여 일정 시간동안 유지하고, 0.5℃/분 ~ 20℃/초의 냉각속도로 상온까지 냉각한 다음에, 530~560℃의 온도에서 3~15시간 동안 시효처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
-6.7≤ [Cr]+2[Mo]-2[Si]-3[Mn]-20[C] ≤ -3.8의 관계식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 중량%로 C:0.087%, Si:0.327%, Mn:1.55%, Cr:0.808%, Mo:0.8%, Ni:3.09%, Cu:1.06%, Al:1.02%, Nb:0.068%, S:0.0019%, Co:0.013%, B:0.0017%, Ca:0.0013%, Mg:0.003%, 잔부Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 강을 열간 가공한 후,
재가열시 860~890℃로 가열하여 일정 시간동안 유지하고, 0.5℃/분 ~ 20℃/초의 냉각속도로 상온까지 냉각한 다음에, 530~560℃의 온도에서 3~15시간 동안 시효처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금형강은 HRC 38이상의 경도와, 상온에서 20J 이상의 V 놋치 샤르피 충격값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금형강은 베이나이트와 마르텐사이트의 혼합 조직으로 이루어지며,
상기 베이나이트의 면적 분율은 10~30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강은 860~890℃로 재가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 금형강은 중량%로 B:0.001~0.01%, Co:0.01%이하(0%를 포함하지 않음) 및, Ca:0.01%이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)와 Mg:0.005%이하(0%를 포함하지 않음)의 2종에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열간가공 이전에 전기 슬래그 용해(ESR)의 재용해 과정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고경도 및 고인성 석출경화형 금형강의 제조방법. - 삭제
