Description
Claims (6)
- 길이방향으로 연장되는 차량용의 범퍼 바로서,상부 웹(3), 하부 웹(4), 후방 플랜지(2) 및 전방 플랜지(1)를 포함하여 구성되며, 이들 모두는 판금재(sheet metal material)로 만들어지고 또한 이들은 함께 하나의 폐쇄된 단면을 형성하며,상기 전방 플랜지는 차량의 통상의 진행방향인 전방을 향해 위치한 범퍼 바에 있어서,상기 전방 플랜지는 마이크로 홈(microgrooves;6)들을 구비하여, 충돌물체로부터 차량으로 에너지가 전달되는 충돌 시에 상기 전방 플랜지가 탄성적으로 변형하는 방식으로 거동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 바.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 홈(6)들은 전방 플랜지(1)를 따라 범퍼 바의 길이방향으로 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 바.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 범퍼 바에 놓여지는 상기 마이크로 홈(6)들은, 상기 범퍼 바의 전체길이를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 바.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전방 플랜지(1)는 범퍼 바를 따라 놓여진 적어도 2개의 부분(1a, 1b)과, 상기 범퍼 바를 따라 놓이고 범퍼 바의 안쪽을 향하여 도출되며 상기 범퍼 바를 따라 놓여진 2개의 부분(1a, 1b)의 사이에 형성되는 도랑형상의 오목부(7)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 바.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 범퍼 바를 따라서 놓여지는 부분(1a, 1b)들에는, 이들의 전체면에 걸쳐서 범퍼 바를 따라 놓여지는 마이크로 홈(6)들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 바.
