Claims (1)
- 자동차의 프론트 범퍼 및 리어범퍼에 적용되는 것으로, 각각 범퍼 페이시아(2)의 내측에 고정되는 에너지업소바(4)의 일측단에 그 일측이 고정되고, 타측은 범퍼스테이(8)의 일측단에 고정되어서 차량의 전,후방 충돌시 그 충격력에 의해 차체 및 승객이 손상되거나 다치는 것을 예방하기 위하여 제공되는 자동차 범퍼용 임팩트 빔에 있어서,상기 에너지업소바(4)의 일측에 고정되는 것으로, 일측단에 직각방향으로 절곡되어 플랜지(36a)를 갖는 제 1수직부(36)가 일정길이만큼 형성되고, 이 제 1수직부(36)로부터 대략 '역 ㄷ'형상으로 절곡되어 형성된 돌출부위의 제 2수직부(38) 가운데부위에는 일정크기로 '역 ㄷ'형상의 돌출부(40)가 절곡되며, 상기 제 1수직부(36)와 대칭되게 그 타측단에 직각방향으로 절곡된 플랜지(42a)를 갖는 제 3수직부(42)가 일정길이만큼 형성된 ''형 단면의 선판(32)과;상기 범퍼 스테이(8) 일측단에 고정되는 것으로, 상기 범퍼스테이(8)의 일면과 상기 선판(32)의 제 1수직부(36) 일면과 그 양면이 접촉,고정되게 일정길이만큼 제 1수직부(50)가 형성되고, 상기 제 1수직부(50)로부터 대략 '역 ㄷ'형상으로 절곡된 돌출부위의 선단은 상기 선판(32)의 제 2수직부(38) 일면과 접촉,고정되게 일정길이만큼 제 2수직부(52)로 형성되며, 상기 제 1수직부(50)와 대칭되는 타측단에 상기 범퍼스테이(8)의 일면과 상기 선판(32)의 제 3수직부(54) 일면에 그 양면이접촉,고정되게 일정길이만큼 제 3수직부(54)로 형성된 ''형 단면의 후판(34);으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 범퍼용 롤 포밍 임팩트 빔 구조.
