Claims (7)
- 대략 박스형상의 하우징에 측방에서부터 대응 수용홈에 삽입되어 배열 지지된 복수개의 단자가 접촉부를 하우징의 개구부에 면하는 위치에 가지며, 상기 개구부에는 상기 개구부에서 삽입되고 상기 접촉부 상에 배치되는 플랫 케이블에 대하여 상기 접촉부와 반대측에 위치하는 회전운동 축선 주위에 회전운동이 가능한 가압부재가 형성되고, 상기 가압부재는 상기 개구부에 상기 플랫 케이블을 삽입 가능하게 하는 삽입공간을 개방하는 열림위치 및 상기 삽입공간을 닫고 상기 플랫 케이블을 상기 접촉부로 누르는 닫힘위치 사이에서 회전운동이 가능한 전기 커넥터로서,상기 하우징은 상측 벽부의 일부가 상기 개구부와 연통되어 노치부를 이루고, 상기 가압부재는 상기 열림위치로 회전운동할 때에 상기 노치부에 진입할 수 있어 상기 하우징 내에 지지된 지지부재에 형성된 회전운동 지지부에 의해 회전운동이 가능하게 지지되고 있고, 상기 지지부재는 상기 회전운동 지지부를 이루는 부분의 윗가장자리가 상기 하우징의 상측 벽부의 내면보다 바깥측에 위치하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 전기 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 하측 벽부가 상기 커넥터의 장착 대상인 회로 기판 상에 배치 가능하게 아래면의 거의 전체영역에 걸쳐 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 전기 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재는 단자이고, 상기 상측 벽부의 내면 및 상기 하측 벽부의 내면을 따라 각각 연장되는 상측 아암부 및 하측 아암부를 가지며, 상기 상측 아암부에 상기 회전운동 지지부 및 상기 하측 아암부에 상기 접촉부가 각각 형성되고, 상기 상측 아암부 및 상기 하측 아암부는 적어도 상기 하측 아암부가 상기 상측 아암부 방향의 가요성을 갖고 있어 상기 하우징 내에 상기 상측 벽부의 내면 및 상기 하측 벽부의 내면을 따라 삽입 장착 가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 전기 커넥터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 단자는 상기 하측 아암부의 아래가장자리가 선단으로 향하여 상측으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 전기 커넥터.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 하측 아암부는 상기 상측 아암부보다 가요성이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 전기 커넥터.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 커넥터의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 하측 아암부를 상기 상측 아암부쪽으로 휘게 하면서 상측 아암부를 상기 상측 벽부의 내면, 상기 하측 아암부를 상기 하측 벽부의 내면을 따라 각각 안내되도록 하여 상기 단자를 상기 수용홈 내에 삽입하고, 소정 위치까지 삽입되었을 때에 휨을 해제하여 원형으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 전기 커넥터의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 커넥터의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 하측 아암부의 경사부분이 상기 하측 벽부의 내면과 평행해지도록 상기 단자를 하측으로 기울어지게 한 후, 상기 경사부분을 상기 하측 벽부의 내면에 안내되도록 하여 상기 단자를 상기 수용홈 내에 삽입 개시하고, 그런 후에 상기 하측 아암부의 하측으로의 기울어짐을 해제하여 삽입을 소정 위치까지 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫 케이블용 전기 커넥터의 제조방법.
