Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 다수의 전기 접속된 유기 광전자(organic optoelectronic) 소자를 기판 상에 마련하는 방법으로서,a) 다수의 유기 광전자 소자를 마련하는 단계―상기 단계는 ⅰ) 기판을 제공하는 단계, ⅱ) 상기 기판 위에 패터닝된 제 1 전도성 물질층을 제공하는 단계, ⅲ) 상기 제 1 전도성 물질층 위에 유기 광전자 물질층을 제공하는 단계, ⅳ) 상기 유기 광전자 물질층 위에 패터닝된 제 2 전도성 물질층을 제공하되, 상기 패터닝된 제 2 전도성 물질층은 상기 유기 광전자 물질층의 영역을 덮고, 상기 패터닝된 제 2 전도성 물질층은 다수의 광전자 소자를 규정하는 단계를 포함함―와,b) 상기 패터닝된 제 2 전도성 물질층에 의해 덮여 있지 않은 상기 유기 광전자 물질층의 영역을 적어도 부분적으로 제거하는 단계와,c) 상기 다수의 유기 광전자 소자 중 적어도 두 개를 전기적으로 접속하는 전기 접속부들을 제공하는 단계를 포함하며,각각의 전기 접속부는 하나의 광전자 소자의 제 2 전도성 물질을 다른 광전자 소자의 제 1 전도성 물질에 전기적으로 접속하는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 광전자 물질을 적어도 부분적으로 제거하는 단계는 상기 유기 광전자 물질을 건식 식각(dry etching), 레이저 제거(laser ablation), 습식 식각(wet etching) 또는 스크라이빙(scribing) 중에서 선택된 방법을 사용하여 제거하는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 광전자 물질을 적어도 부분적으로 제거하는 단계는 건식 식각을 이용하여 상기 유기 광전자 물질을 제거하는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전도성 물질은 부분적으로 상기 제 1 전도성 물질 위에 놓이는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전도성 물질과 상기 기판이 적어도 반투명하거나 상기 제 2 전도성 물질이 적어도 반투명한방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 광전자 물질층은 적어도 유기 전자 공여체(donor) 및 적어도 유기 전자 수용체(acceptor)를 포함하는방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기 전자 공여체 및 유기 전자 수용체 중 적어도 하나는 반도전성 유기 고분자(semiconductive organic polymer)를 포함하는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 광전자 물질은 발광 고분자를 포함하는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,정공(hole) 주입 물질층 또는 정공 수송 물질층을 상기 패터닝된 제 1 전도성 물질층 위에 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판은 플라스틱을 포함하는방법.
- 기판 상에서 청구항 1의 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는 다수의 전기 접속된 유기 광전자 소자.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 유기 광전자 소자는 유기 PV(photovoltaic) 소자를 포함하는다수의 전기 접속된 유기 광전자 소자.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 유기 광전자 소자는 유기 EL(electroluminescent) 소자를 포함하는다수의 전기 접속된 유기 광전자 소자.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 유기 광전자 소자는 유기 PV 소자와 유기 EL 소자를 포함하는다수의 전기 접속된 유기 광전자 소자.
