Description
Claims (33)
- 하기의 단계를 갖는 폴리락트산의 제조방법:a) 성장 촉진제가 알칼리성 추출에 의해 출발물질로 부터 연속적으로 회수되는 전분 함유농산물로 부터 락트산의 발효 회수 단계,b) 한외여과, 나노여과 및/또는 전기투석에 의한 락트산의 초고도정제 단계,c) 락트산의 농축 및 예비중합체의 제조 단계,d) 디락티드를 형성하기 위한 고리화 해중합 단계,e) 디락티드의 정제 단계,f) 디락티드의 고리-열림 중합 단계,g) 폴리락티드의 단량체제거 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공정 단계 a)에서 영양액에 원래 공급되고 세균에 의해 이용되는 외부 성장 촉진제 성분의 일부를, 열, 방사선 또는 효소에 의해 실현되는, 형성된 과잉 바이오매스의 용균에 의해 발효 회로에서 직접 활성화된 세포에 다시 이용되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전분 함유농산물, 바람직하게는 알곡을 분쇄하고 농산물의 첫 부분을 전분 가수분해를 받게하고 회수된 글루코오스 용액을 발효조에서 혐기성조건하에서 세균과 반응시키고, 농산물의 두번째 부분을 알칼리성 추출을 하고 얻어진 단백질 추출물을 성장 촉진제원으로서 발효조로 공급하며 용해되지 않은 전 분 함유잔류물은 전분 가수분해로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 농산물을 전분가수분해를 시키고 전분 가수분해중 생산되는 잔류 고형물을 추가적으로 알칼리성 추출을 받게하고 얻어진 단백질 추출물을 성장 촉진제원으로서 발효조로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 발효중 얻어진 과잉의 바이오매스를 별도의 회로에 통과시키고, 거기에서 용균한 다음 발효조로 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 조절 공정을 통해 발효조에서 바이오매스의 농도를 요구되는 수준으로 유지하기 위하여 바이오매스가 성장함에 따라 그만큼 많은 바이오매스를 단위 시간당 용균시키는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 2단계 효소 공정의 형태로 수행되는 전분 가수분해가 단백질 추출물 회수와 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 전분은 효소 α-아밀라아제를 사용하여 첫번째 단계에서 액화되고 효소 글루코아밀라아제를 사용하여 두번째 단계에서 당화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 호밀, 밀, 보리 및/또는 라이밀 가루 및 옥수수, 쌀 및/또는 카사바와 같은 알곡을 농산물로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 균주 락토바실루스, 락토코커스, 스트렙토코커스, 엔테로코커스 또는 페디오코커스의 개별적인 또는 혼합된 배양물이 발효를 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 가수분해물 및/또는 단백질 추출물 또는 영양분 추출물이 멸균되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가수분해물 및 영양분 또는 단백질 추출물이 독립적으로 멸균되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 발효가 연속적으로 수행되고 락트산의 분리 및 정제가 멤브레인 분리 공정을 사용하여 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 농축(공정 단계 c)이 적어도 90% 농도의 락트산이 존재하도록 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 농축이 두번째 단계의 농축열이 첫번째 단계에서 증발을 위해 이용되는 2단계 증발 및 초농축에 의하여 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고리화 해중합(공정 단계 d)이 강하-경막 증발기에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 공정 단계 e)에서 정제가 25meq미만의 수산기 농도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 락티드 정제가 정류 칼럼에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 디락티드의 고리-열림 중합(공정 단계 f)이 촉매농도 2 x 10-4 내지 2 x 10-5 mole/mole에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매를 봉쇄하는 안정제가 단량체제거 전에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 각각의 경우에 적어도 1개의 혼합 장치(1), 가수분해 장치(2), 발효조(3), 초고도정제장치(4), 농축기(5), 축중합장치(6), 해중합장치(7), 디락티드에 대한 초고도정제장치(8), 중합을 위한 반응기(9) 및 단량체제거 장치(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에 따르는 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 가수분해 장치(2)가 적어도 1개의 단백질 추출기(11)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 가수분해 장치(2)가 외부 회로에 위치한 한외여과 모듈(12)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 멸균 장치(13)가 적어도 1개의 발효조(3)의 상류에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 발효조(3)가 외부 회로에 위치한 한외여과 모듈(14)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 나노여과 장치(15), 단극 전기투석 장치(16) 및 이극 전기투석 장치(17)가 초고도정제장치(4)로써 직렬 연결되어 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 농축 장치(5)가 3단계를 갖도록 고안되고 직렬로 배열된 증발기(18 및 19) 그리고 하류의 초농축기(20)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 사전농축(5)이 외부 순환 증발기를 갖는 2개의 반응기(21 및 22)에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 해중합 장치(7)가 강하-경막 증발기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 디락티드 정제를 위한 초고도정제 장치(8)가 적어도 1개의 정류 칼럼인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 고리-열림 중합을 위한 반응기(9)가 적어도 2개의 반응기를 갖는 교반 용기 캐스케이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 단량체제거 장치(10)가 진공 반응기 및 환상 디스크 반응기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 단량체제거 장치가 박층 증발기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
