Claims (8)
- 바나듐과 몰리브덴의 원자비(V/Mo)가 1.4∼1.6인, 아래의 시성식으로 나타내어지는 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물.(NH4)xMo2VxO(3x+6)위의 식에서 x는 2.8 ∼ 3.2이다.
- 제1항에서 정의된 상기 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물을 담체에 담지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 배가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제1항에서 정의된 상기 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물을 산화 티탄 담체에 함침하는 단계 혹은 상기 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물과 함께 산화 티탄 분말을 혼련하는 단계에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는, 추가로 500℃ 이하의 온도에서 소성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배가스 정화용 촉매.
- 산화 몰리브덴(MoO3)과 암모늄 메타바나데이트(NH4VO3)를 물의 공존하에 이들 두가지 화합물이 수중에서 완전히 용해할 때까지 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 기재의 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 정의된 상기 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물과 졸 상태의 물질을 함유한 배가스 정화 촉매용 조성물.
- 제6항에서 정의된 조성물을 담체에 담지시킨 배가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제1항에서 정의된 상기 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물과 졸 상태의 물질을 미리 혼합한 후에, 상기 배가스 정화용 촉매 화합물과 상기 졸 상태의 물질의 혼합물을 산화 티탄 담체에 담지하는 단계, 또는 산화 티탄 분말에 혼합하는 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배가스 정화용 촉매의 제조방법.
