Claims (13)
- 제1 투명 가스 배리어 필름과, 이 제1 투명 가스 배리어 필름상에 설치된 두께 1∼30μm의 감압접착제층과 상기 감압접착제층상에 설치된 제2 투명가스배리어 필름을 구비하고,상기 감압접착제층은, 그 구성성분이, 아크릴 계열, 고무 계열, 우레탄 계열, 비닐에테르 계열, 실리콘 계열재료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 그 형태가, 용제형, 에멀전형, 핫멜트형 및 자외선 경화형으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 투명 가스 배리어 필름 및 상기 제2 투명 가스 배리어 필름 중 적어도 어느 하나는, 기재와 기재 상에 증착된 무기 산화물 증착층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 투명 가스 배리어 필름은 기재 및 이 기재 상에 증착된 무기 산화물 증착층을 포함하고, 상기 제2 가스 배리어 필름은 가스 배리어성 수지층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기 산화물은 산화 알루미늄, 산화 규소, 산화 마그네슘으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기 산화물 증착층 상에 수용성 고분자와 (a) 1종 이상의 금속 알콕시드 또는/및 그 가수 분해물 및 (b) 염화 주석 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 수용액 또는 물/알콜 혼합 용액을 주재료로 하는 코팅제를 도포하고 가열 건조하여 이루어지는 가스 배리어성 피막층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알콕시드가 테트라에톡시실란 및 트리이소프로폭시알루미늄 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자가 폴리비닐알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 투명 가스 배리어 필름 및 상기 제2 투명 가스 배리어 필름 중 적어도 어느 하나의 필름 상에 히트 실링층을 더 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
- 투명 전극층, 이 투명 전극층 상에 설치된 일렉트로루미네슨스 발광층, 이 일렉트로루미네슨스 발광층 상에 설치된 유전체층 또는 절연층 및 그 위에 설치된 후면 전극층을 포함하는 적층체; 및이 적층체를 덮어서 밀봉된 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네슨스 발광 소자.
- 제9항에 기재된 일렉트로루미네슨스 발광 소자; 및이 투명 전극층과 이 투명 전극층 상의 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름 사이에 설치된 컬러 필터층;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네슨스 표시 장치.
- 투명 전극층, 이 투명 전극층 상에 설치된, 전기 영동 입자 및 전기 영동 입자를 분산시키는 절연성 유동체가 포함되는 표시 영역 및 이 표시 영역 상에 설치된 후면 전극을 갖는 표시부; 및이 표시부를 덮어서 밀봉된 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 영동식 표시 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 표시부는 상기 전기 영동 입자를 분산시킨 절연성 유동체를 봉입한 캡슐을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 영동식 표시 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 감압접착제층은 그 구성성분이 아크릴 계열재료이고, 상기 아크릴 계열재료는, 아크릴기를 함유하는 비닐 모노머, 에폭시기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 알콕실기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 에틸렌옥사이드기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 아미노기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 아미드기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 할로겐 원자를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 인산기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 술폰산기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 실란기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 페닐기를 갖는 비닐 모노머, 벤질기를 갖는 비닐 모노머 및 테트라히드로푸르푸릴기를 갖는 비닐 모노머로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 모노머를 중합해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 가스 배리어 적층 필름.
