Claims (7)
- 판넬의 하판 내면에 반사막을 가지는 반사형 TFT LCD에 있어서,외부광이 입사하는 편광판과 상판 글래스 기판 사이에 위상차판이 구비되고, 상기 위상차판은 특정 파장의 빛에 대해 Δnd가 파장의 1/2인 A위상차판 및 1/4인 B위상차판의 2개가 겹쳐서 이루어지며 각 위상차판은 상기 편광판의 광 투과축과 특정각도를 이루도록 설치되며, 상기 특정 파장에 따라 상기 특정각도는 상기 A위상차판과의 각도가 Θ1이라고 하면 B위상차판과의 각도 Θ2는 Θ1에 2를 곱하고 45°를 더하거나 뺀 값으로 하고 이를 통한 반사광 계산값이 각도의 변화에 따라 변하는 그래프상의 최저점을 형성하는 지점의 Θ1, Θ2에서 각각 상하로 10°범위가 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 반사형 TFT LCD.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 특정 파장은 550nm이며, 상기 특정각도는 Θ1, Θ2가 15°및 75°인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 TFT LCD.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 특정 파장은 550nm이며, 상기 특정각도는 Θ1, Θ2가 75°및 195°인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 TFT LCD.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 특정 파장은 550nm이며, 상기 특정각도는 Θ1, Θ2가 105°및 165°인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 TFT LCD.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 특정 파장은 550nm이며, 상기 특정각도는 Θ1, Θ2가 165°및 285°인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 TFT LCD.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항, 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항 가운데 어느 한 항에 있어서,액정 모드가 MTN(Mixed Twisted Nematic) 모드인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 TFT LCD.
