Claims (10)
- 절연기판의 적어도 한면에 아스펙트비가 0.2~5인 코일도체를 형성한 코일기판으로서, 상기 코일도체가 전기도금층으로 되는 코일도체부를 갖고, 도출단 전극부와 표리컨택트부를 제외한 서로 인접하는 도체부 사이의 간극이 15㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코일기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연기판의 중앙부에 투공을 갖고, 상기 코일도체부는 상기 투공 주위의 상기 절연기판의 표리 양면에 스파이럴(나선)상으로 형성되며 상기 투공을 통해 절연기판 표리면의 코일도체부가 서로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일기판.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절연기판은 글라스클로스에 수지를 함침한 것을 특징으로 하는 코일기판.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코일도체부의 직류저항이 0.01~10옴인 것을 특징으로 하는 코일기판.

- 절연기판의 한면에 바탕도체층을 형성하고,바탕도체층상에 레지스트층을 패턴형성하며,패턴형성한 레지스트층을 마스크로 하여 바탕도체층이 노출하는 부분에 선택적으로 코일도체층을 형성하고,상기 코일도체층이 형성된 부분 이외의 레지스트층 및 바탕도체층을 제거하며,서로 인접하는 도체사이의 간극이 15㎛이하가 될 때 까지 상기 코일도체층을 성장형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일기판의 제조방법.
