Description
Claims (13)
- 광원으로부터 공급되는 광의 강도 분포를 균일화시키는 광터널에 있어서,상기 광이 입사되는 입사면과, 입사된 상기 광이 출사되는 출사면을 구비하며,상기 출사면의 면적은 상기 입사면의 면적보다 크며,상기 출사면은 상기 입사면에 대하여 일정한 각도(θ)로 기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광터널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광터널은 4장의 사각형 미러(mirror)의 긴 변을 각각 접착시켜 이루어지며, 상기 광터널의 입사면 및 출사면은 사각형이며, 상기 입사면에서 출사면에 이르는 광경로는 빈 공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 광터널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광터널은 육면체의 유리 막대로 이루지며, 상기 광터널의 입사면 및 출사면은 사각형이며, 상기 입사면에서 출사면에 이르는 광경로는 유리로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광터널.
- 램프 및 반사경을 포함하며 광을 공급하는 광원, 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 점광을 면광으로 균일하게 바꾸는 광터널을 포함하고, 상기 면광을 반사미러로 반사하여 출사하는 조명계를 포함하는 프로젝션 장치에 있어서,상기 광터널은 상기 광이 입사되는 입사면과, 입사된 상기 광이 출사되는 출사면을 구비하며,상기 출사면의 면적은 상기 입사면의 면적보다 크며,상기 출사면은 상기 입사면에 대하여 일정한 각도(θ)로 기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 광터널은 4장의 사각형 미러(mirror)의 긴 변을 각각 접착시켜 이루어지며, 상기 광터널의 입사면 및 출사면은 사각형이며, 상기 입사면에서 출사면에 이르는 광경로는 빈 공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 광터널은 육면체의 유리 막대로 이루지며, 상기 광터널의 입사면 및 출사면은 사각형이며, 상기 입사면에서 출사면에 이르는 광경로는 유리로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 램프는 아크(ARC)램프 및 할로겐램프 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 반사경은 타원반사경 및 포물면 반사경 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 조명계로부터 출사된 광을 영상광으로 변환시키며, 기판상에 회동가능하게 설치되는 다수의 미세구동미러를 포함하며, 상기 다수의 미세구동미러를 제어하는 DMD(Digital Micromirror Device);상기 DMD로부터 생성된 영상광을 확대하여 투사하는 투사계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 투사계에 의하여 확대된 영상광이 투사되는 스크린;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로젝션 장치.
