Description
Claims (15)
- 식각대상층 상에 잉크를 도포하는 단계;볼록패턴이 형성된 인쇄롤을 준비하는 단계;상기 인쇄롤의 볼록패턴을 표면처리하여 접착력을 강화시키는 단계;상기 잉크가 도포된 식각대상층 상에 상기 인쇄롤을 접촉 및 회전시켜 상기 표면처리된 볼록패턴에 접촉된 잉크를 상기 식각대상층으로부터 제거하여 상기 식각대상층 상에 잉크패턴이 형성되는 단계;상기 잉크패턴을 경화시키는 단계; 및상기 잉크패턴을 이용하여 식각대상층을 식각하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 패턴 형성방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 볼록패턴에 부착된 잉크를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 잉크는 아세톤 또는 NNP를 사용하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄롤의 볼록패턴 표면처리는 접착력 강화제를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접착력 강화제는 HMDS(Hexa Methyl Disilazane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 볼록패턴이 형성된 인쇄롤을 준비하는 단계는,표면에 블랑켓(blanket)이 형성된 원통형의 롤을 준비하는 단계;상기 블랑켓 표면에 유기막을 도포하는 단계;복수의 볼록패턴이 형성된 클리체를 준비하는 단계;상기 클리체 상에 블랑켓 표면의 유기막을 접촉시킨 후, 롤을 회전시킴으로써, 상기 볼록패턴과 접촉하는 않는 블랑켓 표면에 유기패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 유기패턴을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 볼록패턴이 형성된 인쇄롤을 준비하는 단계는,복수의 홈이 형성된 클리체를 준비하는 단계;상기 홈 내부에 유기물을 충진시키는 단계;상기 클리체 표면에 닥터블레이드를 접촉시킨 상태에서 닥터블레이드를 이동시킴으로써, 홈 내부에 유기물을 충진시킴과 동시에 클리체 표면에 남아있는 유기물을 제거하는 단계;상기 홈내부에 충진된 유기물을 원통형 롤의 표면에 전사시키는 단계; 및상기 롤 표면에 전사된 유기패턴을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 볼록패턴이 형성된 인쇄롤을 준비하는 단계는,원통형 롤을 준비하는 단계;수지판 상에 유기막을 도포하는 단계;상기 유기막을 패터닝하여 형성하고자 하는 패턴과 동일한 형태의 유기패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 유기패턴을 경화시키는 단계; 및상기 원통형 롤 표면에 볼록패턴이 노출되도록 수지판을 부착하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식각대상층은 금속층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식각대상층은 SiOx 또는 SiNx로 이루어진 절연층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식각대상층은 반도체층인 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크패턴을 경화시키는 단계는,상기 잉크패턴에 열(thermal)을 조사하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크패턴을 경화시키는 단계는,상기 잉크패턴에 UV를 조사하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴 형성방법.
