Claims (22)
- 리튬을 흡수 및 방출할 수 있는 흑연입자 ; 및상기 흑연입자 표면의 적어도 일부에 부착되며, 상기 리튬과 합금화하지 않는 금속 또는 금속화합물로 형성되는 비합금화금속화합물과 상기 리튬과 합금화하는 금속 또는 금속화합물로 형성되어 상기 비합금화금속화합물 내에 분산되어 존재하는 합금화금속화합물을 포함하는 복합금속화합물을 포함하며,상기 복합금속화합물이 부착된 상기 흑연입자는 표면에 탄소코팅층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흑연입자는 천연흑연 또는 인조흑연 또는 비정질 탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흑연입자는 5 내지 50 ㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비합금화금속화합물은 Cu, Fe, Zr, Nb 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비합금화금속화합물은 SiNi, SiO2, CuO2, CuCl, Fe2O3, ZrO2, Nb2O3 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속화합물을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 비합금화금속화합물은 별도의 도전제가 더 포함되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 도전제는 Cu, Ag, Ni, Al 중 1종 또는 2종 이상이 포함되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합금화금속화합물은 Cr, Sn, Si, Ti, Al, Mn, Ni, Zn, Co, In, Cd, Bi, Pb, V중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합금화금속화합물은 SnO2, Al2O3, Al(OH)3, CrO2, MnO2, Mn2O3, NiO2, ZnO, CoO, InO3, CdO, Bi2O3, PbO, TiS2, V2O5 중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속화합물을 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합금화금속화합물은 0.02㎛ 내지 0.08㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합금화금속화합물은 상기 복합금속화합물 전체 중량의 20 내지 80%로 포함되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복합금속화합물은 0.05㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복합금속화합물은 0.1㎛ 내지 0.5㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복합금속화합물은 상기 음극활물질 전체 중량의 3 내지 70%로 포함되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복합금속화합물은 상기 음극활물질 전체 중량의 5 내지 50%로 포함되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄소코팅층은 페놀 수지, 퓨란 수지, 비닐계 수지, 타르계 수지, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 중 1종 또는 2종 이상이 사용되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극활물질.
- 합금화금속화합물과 비합금화금속화합물을 혼합하여 소정크기의 복합금속화합물 분말을 형성하는 과정;상기 복합금속화합물과 흑연입자를 습식 또는 건식으로 혼합하여 상기 흑연입자에 상기 복합금속화합물이 부착된 음극활물질 전구체를 형성하는 과정; 및상기 음극활물질 전구체를 소정온도로 소성 처리하여 음극활물질 분말로 형성하는 소성과정을 포함하며,상기 음극활물질 전구체를 형성하는 과정은상기 복합금속화합물이 부착된 상기 흑연입자의 표면에 탄소코팅층을 형성하는 고분자 재료를 추가하는 과정을 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질의 제조 방법.

- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 합금화금속화합물은 0.02㎛ 내지 0.08㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 복합금속화합물은 0.05㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 크기를 갖는 입자가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 소성온도는 500 내지 2000℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극활물질의 제조 방법.
