Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 기판 상에 반사층과 색층(色層)으로 이루어진 복수의 화소를 구비한 컬러 필터의 제조 방법으로서,상기 화소가 배치되는 각 화소 영역을 구획하는 구획부를 형성하는 공정과,상기 각 화소 영역 내에 제 l 액상 재료를 압전 효과를 이용한 잉크젯 헤드로부터 토출하여 상기 반사층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 각 화소 영역 내에 상기 색층을 형성하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 색층을 형성하는 공정은 제 2 액상 재료를 압전 효과를 이용한 잉크젯 헤드로부터 토출하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사층은 광투과성을 가지는 반투과 반사층으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 액상 재료는 광의 산란재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필 터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사층과 상기 색층 사이에 산란층을 형성하는 공정을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,액티브 매트릭스 기판 상에 상기 구획부, 반사층 및 색층을 일체적으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 필터의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 컬러 필터를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 압전 효과를 이용한 잉크젯 헤드로부터 액상 재료를 토출하여 반사층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 반사층 상에 EL 소자를 형성하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 7 또는 청구항 8에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 표시 장치를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기의 제조 방법.
- 기판 상에 반사층을 구비한 표시 장치의 제조 장치로서,상기 반사층을 형성하기 위한 액상 재료를 상기 기판 상에 압전 효과를 이용한 잉크젯 헤드에 의해 토출하는 토출부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 장치.
