Claims (16)
- 고주파 용접 가능하고 저온에서 가요성인 중합체 혼합물에 있어서,a) 포화 C2-C8 카르복시산의 비닐에스테르, C1-C12 알킬아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 극성 공단량체와 에틸렌의 1∼30 중량%의 공중합체로서, 0.1∼30 g/10분의 MFI(DIN 53 735에 의거; 190℃, 2.16kg) 및 0 초과 25 중량% 미만의 공단량체 함량을 가진 공중합체;b) 하기 b1) 및 b2)로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1∼40 중량의 성분:b1) 각각의 단량체가 하기 세 그룹 (1), (2) 및 (3) 중 하나에서 선택된 한 단량체인 삼량체로서, 단량체 (1)의 함량이 30∼90 중량%, 단량체 (2)의 함량이 10∼70 중량% 및 단량체 (3)의 함량이 1∼20 중량%이고, MFI(190℃, 2.16kg)가 0.1∼30 g/10분인 삼량체:(1) 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌 또는 이들의 조합,(2) 포화 C2-C8 카르복시산의 비닐 에스테르, C1-C12 알킬 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트 또는 이들의 조합, 및(3) 일산화탄소, 글리시틸 아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 조합, 또는 메타크릴레이트, 및b2) 각각의 단량체가 하기 두 그룹 (1) 및 (2) 중 하나에서 선택된 한 단량체인 공중합체로서, 0.1∼30 g/10분의 (190℃, 2.16kg) 및 25 초과 100 미만 중량%의 공단량체 함량을 가진 공중합체:(1) 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌 또는 이들의 조합, 및(2) 포화 C2-C8 카르복시산의 비닐 에스테르, C1-C12 알킬 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트 또는 이들의 조합; 및c) 에틸렌 호모중합체, 에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌 호모중합체, 프로필렌 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된, 115℃ 초과의 융점을 가진 35∼75 중량%의 열가소성 폴리올레핀;을 포함하며, 상기 a) 내지 c)의 총량이 100 중량%이고, 중합체 혼합물의 총량에 대한 성분 a)+b1) 또는 a)+b2)의 비율이 0 초과 50 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a)이 0 초과 25 중량% 미만의 비닐 아세테이트 함량을 가진 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 또는 0 초과 25 중량% 미만의 메틸 아크릴레이트 함량을 가진 에틸렌-메타크릴레이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 b1)에서 단량체 (1)의 함량이 40∼80 중량%, 단량체 (2)의 함량이 10∼50 중량% 및 단량체 (3)의 함량이 2∼15 중량%이고, 삼량체의 MFI(190℃, 2.16 kg)가 0.1∼15 g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b1)이 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트-일산화탄소 삼량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b2)가 35 초과 100 중량% 미만의 비닐 아세테이트 함량을 가진 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 또는 35 초과 100 중량% 미만의 메틸 아크릴레이트 함량을 가진 에틸렌-메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 65∼110℃의 융점, 0.86∼0.91 g/L의 밀도 또는 이들의 조합을 가진, 0 초과 30 중량% 미만의 농도로 존재하는 에틸렌 공중합체를 더 포함하며, C4- 내지 C12-α-올레핀이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체 혼합물에 대해 성분 a)의 비율이 3∼20 중량%이고 성분 b)의 비율이 5∼30 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가,c1) 0.910 g/L 초과의 밀도 및 0.1∼30 g/10분의 MFI(190℃, 2.16kg)를 가진 에틸렌 호모중합체 또는 공중합체;c2) 공단량체로서 C2- 또는 C4- 내지 C12-α-올레핀을 가진 호모중합체, 블록 및 랜덤 공중합체으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 폴리프로필렌으로서, 밀도가 0.90 g/L를 초과하고, 융점이 120℃를 초과하며, MFI가 0.1∼30 g/10분(230℃, 2.16kg)인 폴리프로필렌; 및c3) 10∼77 중량%의 프로필렌 호모중합체 또는 공중합체; 및 에틸렌 및 일종 이상의 C3- 내지 C12-α-올레핀, 비 공역 디엔 또는 이들의 조합에 기초한 23∼90 중량%의 공중합체;를 함유한, 비 가교결합되거나 부분 또는 완전히 가교결합된 열가소성 폴리올레핀 탄성중합체;및로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체의 융점이 65℃ 미만이고 유리전이온도가 -20℃ 미만이며, 가교결합된 계에서 겔 함량이 5∼50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 비 공역 디엔이 선형 지방성 디엔, 알킬리덴비시클로알켄, 알케닐비시클로알켄, 비시클로알카디엔 및 알케닐시클로알켄을 포함하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1∼10 중량%의 지방성, 나프텐성, 또는 지방성 및 나프텐성 가공조제를 더 포함하며, 상기 가공조제는 실온에서 액체이고 0℃ 미만에서만 왁스형 경점성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 따른 중합체 혼합물을 함유한 포일 또는 성형체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 포일 또는 성형체는 성형 후 가교결합된 형태로 존재하거나, 이어서 가교결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포일 또는 성형체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 가교결합 후 전체 겔 함량이 5∼80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 포일 또는 성형체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 포일 또는 성형체가 자동차 분야에 있어서 에어백 커버, 지붕 라이닝, 머리받침, 고정 스트랩, 모자걸이, 좌석 및 등 쿠션 덮개, 앞좌석 뒷 덮개, 선바이저, 바닥 보호기, 문 덮개, 수납공간 커버, 트렁크 라이닝, 또는 책 바인딩으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포일 또는 성형체.
- 제1항에 따른 중합체 혼합물을 함유하는 상부 및 하부 포일과 그것들 사이의 지지체를 포함하는 수납공간 덮개.
