열가소성 조성물
보다 구체적으로는, 도 1A는 본 발명을 작동시키는데 유용한 코팅 및 라미네이션 기계의 기본 구조를 나타낸다.
도 1B와 1C는 상기 기계와 유사한 기본 구조를 나타낸다.
도 2-4는 코팅장치의 여러 위치에서의 본 발명의 라미네이션을 나타낸다.
도 5A와 B는 본 발명에 따른 라미네이션과 트랜스퍼 코팅 방법을 나타낸다.
도 6-10은 본 발명에 따라 접착성 재활성 라미네이션을 포함하는 라미네이션을 나타낸다. 도 11은 점성온도함수를 나타내는 다이어그램이다.

Claims (34)
- 열적으로 유동가능하게 한 열가소성 조성물을 코팅장치와 기재 사이의 접촉없이 실질적으로 연속적인 코팅으로서 코팅장치로부터 방출하는 단계 및 이어서 상기 연속적인 코팅을 실질적으로 비다공성 기재의 표면상에 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 코팅방법으로서,상기 열가소성 조성물은 240℃ 미만의 코팅 온도에서 1000라디안/초로 500포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 갖고, 코팅온도에서 1라디안/초로 1000포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 가지며,상기 코팅은 60g/m2 미만의 평량을 갖고, 상기 코팅과 상기 기판 사이에는 기포가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅장치와 상기 기재 사이의 거리가 20mm를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물은 가온용융 접착제를 포함하며, 상기 코팅은 실질적으로 연속적인 비다공성 필름의 형태이며,상기 코팅방법은, 방출 코팅된 롤러와 상기 필름을 접촉시키는 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 배치하는 단계는, 상기 방출 코팅된 롤러와 상기 기재 사이에 상기 필름 형태의 접착제를 물리는 것(nipping)에 의해 상기 필름을 상기 기재상에 코팅하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물은 가온용융 접착제 조성물을 포함하며,상기 코팅방법은, 상기 코팅을 상기 기재상에 배치하는 단계 전에, 방출 코팅된 롤러와 상기 코팅을 접촉하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물은 가온용융 접착제를 포함하며, 상기 연속적인 코팅은 실질적으로 연속적인 비다공성 필름을 포함하며,상기 코팅방법은, 방출 코팅된 기재를 제1기재와 접촉하지 않는 가온용융 접착제의 표면상에 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물을 가온용융 접착제를 포함하며, 상기 코팅은 실질적으로 연속적인 비다공성 필름을 포함하며,상기 제1기재는 방출 코팅된 기재를 포함하며,상기 코팅방법은, 상기 연속적인 비다공성 필름을 상기 제1기재로부터 제2기재상에 트랜스퍼 코팅하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물은 가온용융 접착제를 포함하며,상기 코팅방법은, 상기 코팅을 재가열하고, 상기 코팅과 제2기재를 접촉시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.

- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 기재는 가열밀봉 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅장치는 슬롯노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물은 110℃ 미만의 온도에서 코팅장치로부터 방출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1기재가 "인라인" 또는 "오프라인"으로 1 이상의 제2기재에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅장치와 상기 기재 사이의 간격은 0.5mm 내지 500mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 만들어진 책커버로서,실질적으로 비다공성인 제1기재 및 상기 제1기재상에 배치되는 60g/m2 미만의 평량을 갖는 연속적인 필름을 포함하며,상기 연속적인 필름은, 240℃ 미만의 온도에서 1000라디안/초로 500포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 갖고 240℃ 미만의 온도에서 1라디안/초로 1000포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 갖는 열가소성 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 책커버.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제10항 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 만들어진 라미네이션으로서,제1기재, 제2기재 및 상기 제1기재와 상기 제2기재 사이에 배치되는 60g/m2 미만의 평량을 갖는 연속적인 코팅을 포함하며,상기 연속 코팅은, 240℃ 미만의 온도에서 1000라디안/초로 500포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 갖고 240℃ 미만의 온도에서 1라디안/초로 1000포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 갖는 열가소성 조성물을 포함하며,상기 라미네이션은 상기 제1기재와 상기 연속 코팅의 사이에 그리고 상기 제2기재와 상기 연속 코팅의 사이에 기포가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이션.
- 가온용융 접착제 조성물의 연속 코팅으로 기재에 결합되는 투명필름을 포함하는 라미네이션으로서,상기 가온용융 접착제 조성물은, 240℃ 미만의 온도에서 1000라디안/초로 500포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 갖고 240℃ 미만의 온도에서 1라디안/초로 1000포아즈 미만의 착물점성을 가지며,상기 연속 코팅은 60g/m2 미만의 평량을 갖고, 흠이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이션.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 인쇄용지, 가공인화지 및 인쇄용 마분지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이션.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 가온용융 접착제는 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이션.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 기재의 광택, 판독성 및 연색성이 손상되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이션.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 30g/㎡ 미만의 평량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이션.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 10g/㎡ 미만의 평량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이션.
