Claims (13)
- 기판 상에 형성된 제 1 도전막과,해당 제 1 도전막의 상층에 형성되어, 당해 제 1 도전막과 평면적으로 겹치는 위치에 콘택트 홀이 형성된 층간 절연막과,해당 층간 절연막의 상층에 형성되어, 상기 콘택트 홀을 거쳐 상기 제 1 도전막에 전기적으로 접속되는 제 2 도전막을 갖고,상기 제 1 도전막 및 상기 제 2 도전막 중 한 쪽의 도전막은, 상기 콘택트 홀 전체에 평면적으로 겹치도록 형성되고,다른 쪽의 도전막은, 상기 콘택트 홀의 양단을 피한 위치에서 당해 콘택트 홀과 평면적으로 겹치고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.

- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 전기 광학 물질은, 상기 전기 광학 장치용 기판과 대향 기판 사이에 유지된 액정인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 전기 광학 물질은, 상기 전기 광학 장치용 기판 상에서 발광 소자를 구성하는 유기 EL(Electroluminescence) 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 청구항 10에 규정되어 있는 전기 광학 장치를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
