Claims (7)
- 푸시로드의 위치에 따라 클러치 디스크를 플라이 휠에 접속 혹은 차단시키기 위한 세미오토 클러치에 있어서,운전자가 클러치의 동작을 제어하기 위한 조작 스위치부;엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 엔진회전수 검출센서;푸시로드의 위치를 검출하기 위하여 모터의 회전수를 검출하는 푸시로드 위치감지 센서;접속 엔진회전속도를 설정하기 위한 접속 알피엠 설정볼륨과, 모터의 회전속도를 조절하기 위한 모터 속도조절 볼륨과, 푸시로드의 이동구간을 설정하기 위한 푸시로드 구간설정 볼륨과, 사용자가 반 클러치 위치를 설정하기 위한 반 클러치 설정 볼륨으로 구성되는 설정부;제어신호에 따라 정회전 혹은 역회전되어 상기 푸시로드의 위치를 제어하기 위한 모터; 및상기 조작 스위치부의 조작에 따라 상기 모터를 제어하되, 상기 엔진회전수 검출센서로부터 감지된 엔진회전수를 상기 설정부에 의해 설정된 접속회전수와 비교하여 클러치의 접속시점을 결정하고 상기 엔진 회전수의 증가량과 증가속도에 따라 접속정도를 제어하여 반클러치가 가능하게 하는 컨트롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세미오토 클러치 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조작 스위치부는클러치 디스크를 차단하기 위하여 모터를 정 회전시켜 푸시로드를 전진시키기 위한 전진버튼과;클러치 디스크를 반 클러치 상태에 위치시키기 위한 반 클러치 버튼;강제적으로 클러치 디스크를 접속하기 위해 모터를 역회전시키기 위한 후진버튼; 및회전수의 증, 감에 따라 클러치 디스크를 탈, 부착하기 위한 저속모드 버튼으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세미오토 클러치 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세미오토 클러치 구동장치는제어신호에 따라 엔진 스로틀 밸브를 개방시켜 엔진의 회전수를 상승시키기 위한 엔진회전수 상승수단을 더 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 반클러치버튼에 의해 반클러치 상태가 되면 상기 엔진회전수 상승수단을 제어하여 엔진회전수를 상승시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세미오토 클러치 구동장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세미오토 클러치 구동장치는상기 컨트롤러의 동작상태를 표시하기 위한 표시등을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 세미오토 클러치 구동장치.
- 전진버튼 입력 신호에 의해 모터를 전진시켜 클러치 디스크를 차단시키는 클러치 디스크 차단 단계와;반 클러치 버튼의 입력 신호로부터 엔진 회전수 상승수단을 동반하고 클러치 디스크를 반 클러치 상태로 위치하게 하는 반 클러치 단계와;저속모드 버튼의 입력에 의해 엔진 회전수에 따라 모터를 정, 역회전 시켜 엔진 회전수가 낮아지면 클러치 디스크를 차단시키기 위한 저속모드 단계와;엔진회전수 상승이나 후진버튼의 입력 신호로부터 클러치 디스크를 접속시키는 클러치 디스크 접속단계를 포함하고,상기 디스크 접속단계는 엔진 회전수를 감지하여 접속 알피엠에 도달하면, 클러치의 접속을 시작하되 엔진회전수의 증가량과 증가속도에 따라 푸시로드의 이송거리를 제어하여 클러치 디스크를 접속되게 하고, 엔진 회전수의 증가분이 없을 경우 클러치 디스크의 접속 과정이 정지되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세미오토 클러치 구동방법.
