本发明属于机动车离合控制器,特别是机动车机械离合器踏杆的电动控制方法,其特征是:推杆上连接有离合器踏杆,离合器踏杆通过弧形转换连接器与离合执行器的输出杆轴连接,离合执行器在电控单元的离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆直线运动,输出杆通过弧形转换连接器带动离合器踏杆弧形转动到离合位置,使离合器完全松开,发动机的动力不能传输到变速箱;离合执行器在电控单元的半离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆直线运动,输出杆通过弧形转换连接器带动离合器踏杆弧形转动到半离合位置,使离合器半松开,发动机的动力可部分或全部传输到变速箱。它在变速箱上边安上一套由电脑控制的AMT选速器,从而实现自动换档。

机动车机械离合器踏杆的电动控制方法
技术领域
本发明属于机动车离合控制器,特别是机动车机械离合器踏杆的电动控制方法。
背景技术
在机动车中,动力系统基本组成包括:发动机、离合器、变速箱、万向节、驱动轴、差带器、后轮,发动机输出杆与变速箱之间通过离合器连接,通过换档机构实现换档控制,然后由变速箱将变速后的轴向力通过驱动轴和差带器加载在驱动轮上。离合是发动机与变速箱之间的连接部件。当离合压紧(不踩离合踏板)时,发动机的动力可传输到变速箱;当离合完全松开时(踩紧离合踏板)时,发动机的动力不能传输到变速箱;当离合半松开时(没全踩紧离合踏板)时,根据情况,发动机的动力可部分或全部传输到变速箱。现有的离合器换档控制有机械式的和自动式。
如图1,在液压助力方式完成换档和离合器控制是通过如下机构实现的,包括:离合器踏板、推杆、离合器主缸、进油软管、储液罐、油管总成、工作缸、分离板、分离轴承、变速器壳体,通过脚踏离合器踏板到全离合位置或半离合位置,使离合器完全松开或离合器半松开,发动机的动力传输不到或只能部分传输到变速箱,如离合器踏板不起作用,发动机的动力全部传输到变速箱。
工作时,离合器踏板首先带动推杆移动,然后由推杆带动离合器主缸活塞杆回缩,主缸活塞杆回缩时,,由于液压介质的作用,最终由工作缸带动分离板和分离轴承实现离合器完全松开和半松开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机动车机械离合器踏杆的电动控制方法,它在变速箱上边安上一套由电脑控制的AMT选速器,代替踩离合、挂档,从而实现自动换档。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,机动车机械离合器踏杆的电动控制方法,包括:推杆、离合器主缸进油软管、储液罐、油管总成、工作缸、分离板、分离轴承、变速器壳体,其特征是:推杆上连接有离合器踏杆,离合器踏杆通过弧形转换连接器与离合执行器的输出杆轴连接,离合执行器在电控单元的离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆直线运动,输出杆通过弧形转换连接器带动离合器踏杆弧形转动到离合位置,使离合器完全松开,发动机的动力不能传输到变速箱;离合执行器在电控单元的半离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆直线运动,输出杆通过弧形转换连接器带动离合器踏杆弧形转动到半离合位置,使离合器半松开,发动机的动力可部分或全部传输到变速箱;离合执行器在电控单元的产生取消离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆直线返方向运动,输出杆通过弧形转换连接器带动离合器踏杆弧形转动初始位置,离合器不起作用,发动机的动力全部传输到变速箱。
所述的弧形转换连接器包括:曲柄转轴、曲柄、曲柄限位轴,曲柄内有导槽,曲柄转轴同轴连接曲柄和输出杆,曲柄另一端通过导槽与曲柄限位轴活动连接,使曲柄的导槽沿曲柄限位轴伸缩,也就是输出杆直线驱动曲柄转轴时,曲柄转轴带动曲柄绕曲柄限位轴弧形运动。
本发明的特点:本发明特别适合于AMT控制系统。所用的变速箱,仍然是和手动档车型一样的机械式变速箱。把手动档的档把和离合器踏板拆掉不要,在变速箱上边安上一套由电脑控制的AMT选速器,代替踩离合、挂档,从而实现自动换档。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图2所示,具有电动离合控制的机动车机械离合控制方法,包括:离合器踏杆1、推杆2、离合器主缸3、进油软管4、储液罐5、油管总成6、工作缸7、分离板8、分离轴承9、变速器壳体10,离合器踏杆1通过弧形转换连接器14与离合执行器11的输出杆12轴连接,离合执行器11在电控单元13的离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆12直线运动,输出杆12通过弧形转换连接器14带动离合器踏杆1弧形转动到离合位置,使离合器完全松开,发动机的动力不能传输到变速箱;离合执行器11在电控单元13的半离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆12直线运动,输出杆12通过弧形转换连接器14带动离合器踏杆1弧形转动到半离合位置,使离合器半松开,发动机的动力可部分或全部传输到变速箱;离合执行器11在电控单元13的产生取消离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆12直线返方向运动,输出杆12通过弧形转换连接器14带动离合器踏杆1弧形转动初始位置,离合器不起作用,发动机的动力全部传输到变速箱。
输出杆12通过弧形转换连接器14带动离合器踏杆1弧形转动到离合位置,使离合器完全松开、半松开和离合器重新转动初始位置,是通过离合器踏杆首先带动推杆2移动,然后由推杆2带动离合器主缸3活塞杆回缩,离合器主缸3活塞杆回缩时,离合器主缸3的油通过进油软管4到储液罐5,打开储液罐5的油,油由油管总成6再次作用于工作缸,由工作缸7带动分离板8和分离轴承9实现离合器完全松开和半松开。当离合执行器11在电控单元13的取消命令下达后,离合执行器的输出杆12反方向运动,离合器踏杆1在助力弹簧15和踏杆助力器销轴16的作用下,使离合器踏杆1重新返回到初始位置,这时由推杆2、离合器主缸3、进油软管4、储液罐5、油管总成6、工作缸7、分离板8、分离轴承9构成的离合器单元也将恢复到初始位置。
实施例2
如图3所示,与实施例1不同的是:实施例2直接将离合执行器11与推杆2固定,推杆2通过弧形转换连接器14与离合执行器11的输出杆12轴连接,同样离合执行器11在电控单元13的离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆12直线运动,输出杆12带动推杆2到离合位置,使离合器完全松开,发动机的动力不能传输到变速箱;离合执行器11在电控单元13的半离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆12直线运动,输出杆12带动推杆2到半离合位置,使离合器半松开,发动机的动力可部分或全部传输到变速箱;离合执行器11在电控单元13的产生取消离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆12直线反方向运动,输出杆12带动推杆2到初始位置,离合器不起作用,发动机的动力全部传输到变速箱。
实施例2省去了离合器踏杆1和弧形转换连接器14,因为,通过推杆2实现离合器完全松开和半离合,推杆2直接是直线运动。
如图4所示,本发明中离合执行器11是由电控单元直接控制直流电机完成输出杆12直线运动或在弧形转换连接器14作用下完成弧线运动的控制器,使用电动机作为动力源,速度快,控制灵活方便和使用寿命长的优点。同时具备可与手动变速箱直接对接,无需更改手动变速器的特点。离合控制器本身有自动机械补偿功能,离合器磨损后能自动补偿磨损量,性能稳定,终生不需调整和维护。弧形转换连接器14包括:曲柄转轴17、曲柄18、曲柄限位轴19,曲柄18内有导槽,曲柄转轴17同轴连接曲柄18和输出杆12,曲柄18另一端通过导槽与曲柄限位轴19活动连接,使曲柄18的导槽沿曲柄限位轴19伸缩,也就是输出杆12直线驱动曲柄转轴17时,曲柄转轴17带动曲柄18绕曲柄限位轴19弧形运动。

1.机动车机械离合器踏杆的电动控制方法,包括:推杆(2)、离合器主缸(3)、进油软管(4)、储液罐(5)、油管总成(6)、工作缸(7)、分离板(8)、分离轴承(9)、变速箱壳体(10),其特征是:推杆(2)上连接有离合器踏杆(1),离合器踏杆(1)通过弧形转换连接器(14)与离合执行器(11)的输出杆(12)轴连接,离合执行器(11)在电控单元(13)的离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆(12)直线运动,输出杆(12)通过弧形转换连接器(14)带动离合器踏杆(1)弧形转动到离合位置,使离合器完全松开,发动机的动力不能传输到变速箱;离合执行器(11)在电控单元(13)的半离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆(12)直线运动,输出杆(12)通过弧形转换连接器(14)带动离合器踏杆(1)弧形转动到半离合位置,使离合器半松开,发动机的动力可部分或全部传输到变速箱;离合执行器(11)在电控单元(13)的产生取消离合命令下,离合执行器的输出杆(12)直线返方向运动,输出杆(12)通过弧形转换连接器(14)带动离合器踏杆(1)弧形转动初始位置,离合器不起作用,发动机的动力全部传输到变速箱;所述的弧形转换连接器(14)包括:曲柄转轴(17)、曲柄(18)、曲柄限位轴(19),曲柄(18)内有导槽,曲柄转轴(17)同轴连接曲柄(18)和输出杆(12),曲柄(18)另一端通过导槽与曲柄限位轴(19)活动连接,使曲柄(18)的导槽沿曲柄限位轴(19)伸缩。
