Claims (20)
- 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법으로서,(a) 적어도 프로필렌 옥시드의 원하는 최소 수율을 달성하는 데 유효한 온도 및 압력에서 불균일 촉매를 이용하는 액상내에서 프로필렌을 활성 산소종에 접촉시키는 단계; 및(b) 상기 액상내 프로필렌의 실질적으로 일정한 농도를 유지하는 데 유효하고 적어도 프로필렌 옥시드의 원하는 최소 수율을 계속적으로 달성하는 데 유효하도록 온도 및 압력을 증가시키는 단계를 포함하고,상기 단계 (a) 및 (b)에서 온도는, 티타늄 실리칼리트 촉매 및 과산화수소를 이용한 경우에 40℃ 내지 80℃, 티타니아-온-실리카 촉매 및 유기 히드로과산화물을 이용하는 경우에 80℃ 내지 130℃로 유지되고,상기 단계 (a) 및 (b)에서 압력은, 150 내지 1000 psia로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불균일 촉매는 티타늄-함유 제올라이트임을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불균일 촉매는 티타니아-온-실리카임을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불균일 촉매는 기화 반응기내에서 하나의 고정층 또 는 복수의 고정층의 형태내에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)는 추가적인 온도 및 압력의 증가에 의해 프로필렌 옥시드의 원하는 최소 수율이 더 이상 달성되지 않을 때까지 실시되고, 이 시점에서 상기 불균일 촉매가 대체되거나 재생됨을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법으로서,(a) 적어도 프로필렌 옥시드의 원하는 최소 수율을 달성하는 데 유효한 온도 및 압력에서 티타늄-함유 제올라이트 촉매를 이용하는 기화 반응기내의 액상내에서 프로필렌을 과산화수소에 접촉시키는 단계;(b) 상기 액상내 프로필렌의 실질적으로 일정한 농도를 유지하는 데 유효하고 적어도 프로필렌 옥시드의 원하는 최소 수율을 계속적으로 달성하는 데 유효하도록 온도 및 압력을 증가시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 티타늄-함유 제올라이트 촉매의 작용이 추가적인 온도 및 압력의 증가에 의해 프로필렌 옥시드의 원하는 최소 수율이 더 이상 달성되지 않는 시점까지 감소될 때 상기 티타늄-함유 제올라이트 촉매를 재생하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 단계 (a) 및 (b)에서 온도는, 40℃ 내지 80℃로 유지되고,상기 단계 (a) 및 (b)에서 압력은, 150 내지 1000 psia로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄-함유 제올라이트는 티타늄 실리칼리트임을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌의 원하는 최소 수율은 80%임을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a) 및 (b)동안의 액상내 프로필렌 농도는 20 내지 60 wt%임을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 액상은 C1-C6 지방족 알코올을 추가적으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (c)는 티타늄-함유 제올라이트 촉매를 용매로 세척함으로써 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 C1-C6 지방족 알코올, 물 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 암모늄, 알칼리 금속 양이온 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 양이온 소스를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 세척은 150℃ 내지 250℃에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 옥시드 제조방법.
- 최소 150℃에서 암모늄, 알칼리 금속 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 양이온 소스를 포함하는 용매로 티타늄-함유 제올라이트를 세척하는 단계를 포함하는 에폭시화 반응 촉매에 이용되는 티타늄-함유 제올라이트의 재생방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 C1-C6 지방족 알코올, 물 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 제올라이트의 재생방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 소스는 (a) 인산, 황산, 카복실산, 탄산, 질산, 및 히드로할리드산의 암모늄 및 알칼리 금속 염 그리고 (b) 암모늄 및 알칼리 금속 히드록시드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 제올라이트의 재생방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 용매내 양이온 농도는 10 내지 500 ppm임을 특징으로 하는 티타늄-함유 제올라이트의 재생방법.
