Claims (15)
- 산화제 및 도판트가 코팅되어 있는 기재에 기체상태의 전도성고분자 모노머를 접촉시켜 중합반응을 일으키는 용액 기상중합법에 의한 전도성 고분자 중합방법에 있어서,전도성고분자 모노머를 용매와 혼합하여 기화시키고 상기 기화된 전도성고분자 모노머를 상기 산화제 및 도판트가 코팅되어 있는 기재에 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용액 기상중합법에 의한 전도성 고분자 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전도성 고분자 모노머는 피롤, 아닐린, 푸란, 티오펜 또는 이들로부터 변성된 전도성 고분자 모노머로서, 3번 위치에 각각 탄소수가 5-12 개로 이루어진 알킬기를 포함하는 티오펜, 3, 4번 위치에 에틸렌디옥시기가 치환된 티오펜, 2, 3번 위치에 탄소수 1-4 개를 포함한 알콕시기를 포함하거나 아미노기, 술폰기를 포함하는 아닐린, 및 탄소수 5-12 개로 이루어진 알킬기를 포함하는 피롤 등의 군(group)에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전도성 고분자 모노머와 혼합하는 용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 노르말부탄올을 포함하는 탄소수 1-4의 알콜, 메톡시 부탄올, 에톡시 부탄올, 사이클로헥산, 아세톤, 에틸 아세테이트, 톨루엔, 자일렌 및 메틸에틸케톤, 및 1-메틸-2-피롤리디논의 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 용매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전도성 고분자 모노머와 용매를 혼합할 때, 전도성 고분자 5-95 중량부, 용매 5-95 중량부의 비율로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화제 및 도판트는 페릭톨루엔술포네이트, 3염화철, 포타슘 퍼술페이트 및 폴리스티렌술포닉산의 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화제 및 도판트가 고분자 바인더에 혼합되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 고분자 바인더는 폴리에스터, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 비닐클로라이드 비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아크릴레이트, 및 폴리아마이드 등에서 선택된 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 고분자 바인더와 산화제 및 도판트의 혼합되는 비율은 바인더 70-99.5 중량부, 산화제 및 도판트 0.5-30 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 7항에 상기되어 있는 고분자 바인더를 기판에 미리 도포한 후, 산화제 및 도판트를 그 위에 입혀 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항, 제 6항 또는 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착 및 윤활제를 전체 조성에 0.01-0.1 중량부로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 접착 및 윤활제는 플로린을 포함하는 FC 시리즈, 인 및 플로린을 포함하는 조닐첨가제, 및 실리콘타입 윤활제에서 선택된 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중합반응온도는 30-80 도로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화제 및 도판트가 코팅되는 기재는 폴리에스터, 무정형 폴리에스터, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 및 폴리아미드군에서 선택된 플라스틱 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 일련의 공정이 연속적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 및 제 12항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용액 기상중합법에 의하여 중합된 전도성 고분자를 이용하여 제조된 전자부품 또는 반도체 부품 운반용 포장재
