Claims (11)
- 물과 석고 및 감수제를 동시에 첨가하면서 클링커를 관상 분쇄기에서 분쇄함으로써 시멘트 클링커를 처리하는 방법에 있어서,클링커의 분쇄 중에 pH 9 내지 pH 13인 물을 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기분해를 통해 상기 pH 값을 갖게 된 물을 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 공정 중에 미소 충전제 및 감수제 중 적어도 하나를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 pH 값을 갖는 물과 상기 미소 충전제 및 감수제 중 적어도 하나의 일부를 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하며, 이 슬러리를 상기 분쇄 공정 중에 건조 상태의 미소 충전제 및 감수제 중 적어도 하나와 함께 상기 분쇄기로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 고형분 대 슬러리의 비율이 95중량%:5중량% 내지 85중량%:15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 슬러리 중의 액상이 슬러리 중량의 50%를 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, SiO2 함유 물질 형태의 미소 충전제를 장입되는 미소 충전제와 감수제 및 물의 합계 중량의 80%이하의 양만큼 상기 분쇄기에 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 중합체 형태의 감수제를 장입되는 미소 충전제와 감수제 및 물의 합계 중량의 5%에 해당하는 양만큼 상기 분쇄기에 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 감수제를 슬러리화하고 상기 pH값을 갖도록 전기분해 한 후 상기 관상 분쇄기로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 SiO2 함유 물질은 용광로 슬래그 또는 석회석인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 나프탈렌 또는 멜라민 또는 이들의 조합을 함유하는 리그노술포네이트계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 클링커 처리 방법.
