Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. セメントのクリンカを粉砕するための粉砕助剤組成物であって、式: HO(AO)nH [式中、 Aは、C2−C3アルキレンを表し、そしてnは、1から5の整数である] で表される少なくとも1種のアルキレングリコールと粒状炭素が1:0.01か ら1:0.5の重量比の混合物を含む組成物。 2. 該炭素が0.01から1ミクロンの粒子サイズを有する請求の範囲第1 項の組成物。 3. 該アルキレングリコールがジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコ ール、モノプロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレング リコールおよびそれらの混合物から選択される請求の範囲第1項の組成物。 4. 該アルキレングリコールがジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコ ール、モノプロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレング リコールおよびそれらの混合物から選択される請求の範囲第2項の組成物。 5. 該組成物が少なくとも9のpHを有する請求の範囲第1項の組成物。 6. 該組成物が少なくとも9のpHを有する請求の範囲第4項の組成物。 7. 該pHをアルカリ金属の酸化物、アルカリ金属の水酸化物、水酸化アン モニウムまたは有機アミンから選択される塩基の添加で達成し た請求の範囲第5項の組成物。 8. 該塩基が、C2−C3ヒドロキシアルキル基を少なくとも1個有するアル カノールアミンから選択される有機アミンである請求の範囲第7項の組成物。 9. 水硬セメント組成物であって、式: HO(AO)nH [式中、 Aは、C2−C3アルキレンから選択され、そしてnは、1から5の整数である] で表されるアルキレングリコールと粒状炭素が1:0.01から1:0.5のグ リコール対炭素重量比で中に0.01から0.06重量%の量で実質的に均一に 分散している水硬セメント粉末の混合物を含む組成物。 10. 該炭素が0.01から1ミクロンの粒子サイズを有する請求の範囲第 9項の組成物。 11. 該アルキレングリコールがジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリ コール、モノプロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレン グリコールおよびそれらの混合物から選択される請求の範囲第9項の組成物。 12. C2−C3ヒドロキシアルキル基を少なくとも1個有するアルカノール アミンを更に含む請求の範囲第9項の組成物。 13. 水硬セメントを製造する方法であって、セメントのクリンカを、式: HO(AO)nH [式中、 Aは、エチレンまたはプロピレンであり、そしてnは、1から5の整数である] で表される少なくとも1種のアルキレングリコールと粒子サイズが0.01から 1ミクロンの粒状炭素を含んでいて上記グリコール対炭素の重量比が1:0.0 1から1:0.5である粉砕助剤組成物を該クリンカの重量を基準にして0.0 1から0.06重量%の量で用いて処理し、この処理したクリンカに、粉末生成 物が生じるに充分な時間粉砕手段を受けさせ、その結果として生じた粉末生成物 を分級し、そして所望のセメント粉末を取り出す、ことを含む方法。 14. 該アルキレングリコールをジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリ コール、モノプロピレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、トリプロピレン グリコールおよびそれらの混合物から選択する請求の範囲第11項の方法。 15. 該炭素に0.01から1ミクロンの粒子サイズを持たせる請求の範囲 第13項の方法。 16. 該粉砕助剤組成物が、少なくとも1種のアルキレングリコール中の炭 素分散液であり、上記分散液に少なくとも9のpHを持たせる請求の範囲第14 項の方法。 17. 該粉砕助剤組成物に更にアルカノールアミンを含める請求の範囲第1 6項の方法。 18. 該アルカノールアミンがC2−C3ヒドロキシアルキル基を少なくとも 1個有する請求の範囲第17項の方法。
