Claims (23)
- 평균 입경이 0.8 ∼ 2.0 ㎛ 이고 그 80 중량% 이상이 하기식으로 표시되는 결합단위로 이루어지는 실리콘 수지 미립자 (A) 를 0.0001 ∼ 0.03 중량% 함유하고, 또한 상기 실리콘 수지 미립자 (A) 보다 작은 평균 입경인 불활성 미립자 (B) 를 0.05 ∼ 1.0 중량% 함유하고, 상기 실리콘 수지 미립자 (A) 가 계면 활성제의 존재하에서 중합된 것으로서, 상기 계면 활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐에테르 및/또는 도데실벤젠술폰산 나트륨인 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름:RSiO3/2(여기에서 R 은 탄소수 1 ∼ 6 의 알킬기 및 페닐기에서 선택되는 1 종 이상이다).
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 미립자 (A) 의 표면이 실란 커플링제로 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 실란 커플링제가 에폭시기를 갖는 실란 커플링제인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 미립자 (A) 의 겉보기 영율이 10 ∼ 100 ㎏/㎟ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 미립자 (A) 의 평균 입경이 0.8 ∼ 1.6 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불활성 미립자 (B) 가 탄산 칼슘 입자, 구형 실리카 입자에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불활성 미립자 (B) 의 평균 입경이 0.1 ∼ 1.2 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 불활성 미립자 (B) 의 평균 입경이 0.1 ∼ 0.8 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 표면의 중심선 평균조도 (Ra) 가 0.01 ∼ 0.1 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 표면의 삼차원 십점 평균조도 (SRz) 가 0.25 ∼ 1.2 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 0.5 ∼ 25 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자기 기록매체의 베이스 필름에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 필름 표면의 중심선 평균조도 (Ra) 가 0.01 ∼ 0.025 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 필름 표면의 삼차원 십점 평균조도 (SRz) 가 0.25 ∼ 0.8 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 권취속도 200 m/분에서의 권취성 지수가 100 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 컨덴서의 절연 필름에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 필름의 스페이스 팩터가 3 ∼ 23 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 필름의 절연 파괴 전압이 200 V/㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 필름의 CR 값이 10000 ΩF 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 0.5 ∼ 5 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 2 축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
