Claims (10)
- (A) 액상 농축 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO) 용액 내의 셀룰로오스 함량이 0.01 내지 3중량%가 되도록 셀룰로오스 분말을 용해시켜 셀룰로오스가 용해된 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO) 용액을 제조하는 단계;(B) 상기 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO) 용액과 셀룰로오스 분말을 압출기로 공급하여 압출기 내에서 분산, 혼합, 전단, 니딩(kneading), 용해 및 계량성능을 부여하도록 스크루가 배열된 압출기를 통해 저온에서 팽윤화 및 균질화된 셀룰로오스용액으로 제조되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 또는 (B)단계에서 투여되는 셀룰로오스 분말의 겉보기 직경은 500㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (B) 단계의 압출기내에서 혼합, 팽윤 및 용해시킨 다음, 최종 셀룰로오스 용액은 전체 중량대비 셀룰로오스의 함량이 3 내지 20 중량%의 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (A)단계에서 NMMO용액은 전체중량 대비 수분 함량이 10 내지 15중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 (B) 단계에서 셀룰로오스가 소량 용해된 액상 NMMO가 40℃ 내지 90℃의 온도로 유지되어 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (B) 단계에서 NMMO용액과 셀룰로오스 분말을 팽윤화 및 균질화 용액으로 제조하기 위해 사용되는 압출기는 쌍축압출기를 사용하고 3개 내지 16개의 바렐 또는 screw의 L/D가 12 내지 64의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,쌍축 압출기는 30℃ 내지 110℃ 온도로 유지되어 실행되고 특히 팽윤구간의 온도가 30~80℃인것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 또는 (B) 단계의 셀룰로오스 분말은 다른 고분자물질과의 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
