Claims (8)
- (A) 액상 농축 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO)에 0.01 내지 5중량%의 셀룰로오스 분말을 소량 용해시켜 NMMO용액 제조하는 단계;(B) 상기 셀룰로오스 분말이 소량 용해된 NMMO용액과 셀룰로오스 분말을 니더로 주입한 다음, 니더 내에서 감압과정 없이 셀룰로오스를 혼합, 팽윤 및 부분 용해시켜 페이스트 상으로 만든 후 상기 페이스트를 압출기에 공급하여 균질화된 셀룰로오스용액으로 얻는 단계;(C) 상기 셀룰로오스 용액을 방사노즐을 통해 압출 방사한 후, 공기층을 통과하여 응고욕에 도달한 후 이를 응고시켜 멀티필라멘트를 얻는 단계;(D) 상기 수득된 멀티필라멘트를 수세, 건조 및 유제 처리하여 권취하는 단계등으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (A) 단계에서 셀룰로오스가 소량 용해된 후 액상 NMMO는 50℃ 내지 90℃의 온도로 유지되어 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(B)단계에서 셀룰로오스 분말이 소량 용해된 NMMO용액과 셀룰로오스 분말이 주입되는 니더는 50℃ 내지 90℃로 유지되며 주입한 다음, 니더 내에서 감압과정 없이 셀룰로오스를 혼합, 팽윤 및 부분 용해시켜 페이스트 상을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (B) 단계의 압출기내에서 용해시킨 다음, 최종 셀룰로오스 용액은 전체 중량대비 셀룰로오스의 함량이 5 내지 20 중량%의 농도인 것을 특징으로 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (A)단계에서 NMMO용액은 전체중량 대비 수분 함량이 10내지 18 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 단계에서 셀룰로오스가 소량 용해된 액상 NMMO가 50℃ 내지 90℃의 온도로 유지되어 니더에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (A) 또는 (B) 단계의 셀룰로오스 분말은 다른 고분자물질과의 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 섬유.
- (A) 액상 농축 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO)에 0.01 내지 5중량%의 셀룰로오스 분말을 소량 용해시켜 NMMO용액 제조하는 단계;(B) 상기 셀룰로오스 분말이 소량 용해된 NMMO용액과 셀룰로오스 분말을 니더로 주입한 다음, 니더 내에서 감압과정 없이 셀룰로오스를 혼합 및 팽윤시켜 페이스트 상으로 만든 후 상기 페이스트를 압출기에 공급하는 단계 등으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 균질화된 셀룰로오스 용액.
