Claims (9)
- (A) 액상 농축 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO) 용액 내의 폴리비닐알콜 함량이 0.1 내지 10중량%가 되도록 폴리비닐알콜을 용해시켜 폴리비닐알콜이 용해된 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO) 용액을 제조하는 단계;(B) 상기 N-메틸모폴린 N-옥사이드(NMMO) 용액과 셀룰로오스 분말을 압출기로 공급하여 압출기 내에서 혼합, 팽윤 및 용해시켜 셀룰로오스 용액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 또는 (B)단계에서 투여되는 셀룰로오스 분말의 겉보기 직경이 500㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (B) 단계의 압출기 내에서 혼합, 팽윤 및 용해시킨 다음, 최종 셀룰로오스 용액의 전체 중량대비 셀룰로오스의 함량이 3 내지 20 중량%의 농도인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 (A)단계에서 액상 NMMO는 전체중량 대비 수분 함량이 10내지 18 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 (A) 단계에서 액상 NMMO가 50℃ 내지 100℃의 온도로 유지되어 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 단계의 폴리비닐알콜의 중합도는 500 내지 6000이고, 검화도는 80 내지 99.9%인 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (A) 또는 (B) 단계의 셀룰로오스 분말은 다른 고분자 물질과 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 용액의 제조방법.
