Claims (4)
- 은(Ag)화합물을 에탄올 수용액에 용해시켜 은염화물 수용액을 제조하는 단계와,은화합물 수용액을 양이온교환수지와 혼합한 후 여과한 수지를 에탄올 용액으로 세척하고 진공증발기에서 용매를 제거하여 은이온교환수지로 치환시키는 단계와,은이온교환수지로 치환시켜 건조된 은이온교환수지는 질소로 충전한 병에 냉장 보관하는 단계와,고도 불포화지방산 용액을 은이온교환수지 컬럼에 통액시키는 단계와,헥산용액을 은이온교환수지에 통액시켜 흡착된 EPA, DHA를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은이온교환수지를 이용한 EPA 및 DHA의 분리농축방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 은화합물은 질산은 또는 염화은 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 에탄올에 용해시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은이온교환수지를 이용한 EPA 및 DHA의 분리농축방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고도 불포화지방산은 EPA, DHA의 지방산메틸에스테르로 변환시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은이온교환수지를 이용한 EPA 및 DHA의 분리농축방법.
