Claims (8)
- 마주하는 두 기판,상기 두 기판 중에 어느 한 기판에 일방향으로 형성되어 있는 다수의 데이터선,상기 데이터선과 교차하는 다수의 게이트선,상기 두 기판 사이에 주입되어 있는 액정 물질을 봉인하며 상기 테이터선과 상기 게이트선의 일단보다 외측에 형성되어 있는 봉인재,상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선 중 어느 하나에 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 정전기 방지용 배선,상기 정전기 방지용 배선과 연결되어 있는 검사용 단자,상기 검사용 단자와 연결되어 있는 검사용 배선을 포함하는액정 표시 장치용 패널.
- 제1항에서,상기 정전기 방지용 배선은 상기 표시 영역과 상기 봉인재 사이에 링 모양으로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 패널.
- 제1항에서,상기 정전기 방지용 배선은 상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선에 대하여 순방향 다이오드 및 역방향 다이오드를 통하여 상기 게이트선 및 상기 데이터선의 양단과 각각 연결되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 패널.
- 제1항에서,상기 봉인재의 외측에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 두 기판을 전기적으로 연결하는 접촉점을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치용 패널.
- 제1항에서,상기 한 기판은 상기 다른 기판에 의해 노출되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 패널.
- 제5항에서,상기 검사용 배선은 노출된 상기 한 기판의 둘레에 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 패널.
- 제6항에서,상기 검사용 단자는 제1 및 제2 검사용 단자를 포함하며,상기 제1 검사용 단자는 노출된 상기 한 기판에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 검사용 배선과 상기 정전기 방지용 배선에 연결되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 패널.
- 제7항에서,상기 제2 검사용 단자는 노출된 상기 한 기판에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 정전기 방지용 배선과 상기 접촉점에 연결되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 패널.
