Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 제1 기판에 다수의 배선과 접지선을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1 기판에 제2 기판을 장착하는 단계, 상기 제1 기판의 배선과 PCB 기판을 연결하는 단계, 상기 PCB 기판 연결 단계이후 상기 접지선을 상기 제1 기판으로부터 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 배선은 게이트선과 데이터선을 포함하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에서, 상기 게이트선은 가로 방향으로 형성하며 상기 게이트선의 한쪽 끝에는 상기 PCB 기판으로부터의 신호가 입력되는 패드부를 형성하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에서, 상기 데이터선은 세로 방향으로 형성하며 상기 데이터선의 한쪽 끝에는 상기 PCB 기판으로부터의 신호가 입력되는 패드부를 형성하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에서, 상기 접지선은 상기 제1 기판의 가장자리를 따라 상기 패드부가 위치하는 쪽에 형성하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 접지선은 레이저를 조사하여 상기 제1 기판으로부터 절단해내는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에서, 상기 접지선의 반대편에서 상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판의 가장자리가 일치하도록 장착하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에서, 상기 접지선은 상기 제1 기판의 가장자리를 따라 상기 패드부의 반대편에 형성하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에서, 상기 제2 기판이 상기 제1 기판의 가장자리 및 상기 접지선보다 안쪽에 위치하도록 장착하는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 접지선은 레이저를 조사하여 상기 제1 기판으로부터 절단해 내는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 접지선은 에지 그라인딩으로 상기 제1 기판으로부터 절단해내는 액정 모듈의 제조 방법.
