Claims (7)
- 50중량% 이상의 적어도 한가지의 합성 에스테르를 함유하고, 산가가 10 KOH㎎/g 이상이고, 또는 적어도 한가지의 고점성 에스테르(70㎟/s 이하(40℃))를 10중량% 이상 함유하는 압연유가 발라진 강판을 세정하는데 사용되는,알칼리제를 조성물 전체의 0.5~48.0중량%와, 화학식 1(화학식 1)(상기 식에서, R은 탄소원자수 5-12의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기 또는 알켄일기를 나타내고, n은 옥시에틸렌기의 평균부가몰수를 나타내고, 단, R이 탄소원자수 5 내지 10인 경우에는 n은 1-20의 범위내이고, R이 탄소원자수 11 또는 12인 경우에는 n은 6-20의 범위내이다)로 표시되는 것으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬에테르 또는 화학식 2(화학식 2)(상기 식에서, R은 탄소원자수 4-14의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬기 또는 알켄일기를 나타내고, n은 옥시에틸렌기의 평균부가몰수를 나타내고, m은 옥시프로필렌기의 평균부가몰수를 나타내고, 이들은 각각 0 ≤ n ≤ 20 및 0 < m ≤ 20을 만족시키고, 다음 수학식 1(수학식 1)α = 0.33 × n - 0.15 × m - 0.475 × (R의 탄소원자수) + 2.6로 계산되는 수치 α는 -2.0 < α < 1.9를 만족시킨다)로 표시되는 것으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 폴리옥시알킬렌 알킬에테르 또는 이들 둘 다를 0.05~30.0중량%, 그리고 나머지는 용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판용 알칼리 세정제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다음 화학식 3(화학식 3)(상기 식에서, R1-R6은 각각 수소원자, 탄소원자수 1-5의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 1-5의 알콕시기, COOM, 또는 OH를 나타내고, M은 수소원자, 알칼리금속, 탄소원자수 1-4의 알킬아민, 또는 탄소원자수 1-6의 알칸올아민을 나타내고, s/t(공중합 몰비)는 0/10-10/1을 나타내고, 중량평균분자량(MW)은 1000-100000의 범위내이다)으로 표시되는 것으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한가지의 수용성 고분자 카르복실산을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자 카르복실산의 양이 10.0wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 0.03-20중량%의 적어도 한가지의 알돈산을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칼리제가 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨 또는 이들 둘 다인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판용 알칼리 세정제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄소원자수 16-20의 고급 지방족 불포화산 중합체 적어도 한가지를 1중량% 이상 함유하는 압연유가 발라진 강판을 세정하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 고급 지방족 불포화산의 중합체로서 올레산, 리놀산 또는 톨유 지방산의 탄소수 16~20의 고급 지방족 불포화산의 다이머산 또는 폴리머산인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
