Description
Claims (16)
- 섬유들 사이에 공극(void)을 갖는, 폴리벤즈이미다졸(PBI) 섬유를 포함하는 직물을 제공하는 단계와당해 직물을 산과 용매를 포함하는 산 용액에 30초 내지 8시간 동안 침지시킴으로써, 당해 직물이 산 용액을 흡수하고 이로 인해 섬유가 팽윤되어 섬유 사이의 공극을 밀폐시키는 단계를 포함하는, 산 흡수팽윤된 폴리벤즈이미다졸 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 물, 메탄올, DMAC, NMP 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 직물을 건조시켜 잔류하는 물과 기타 용매를 제거함으로써 산을 목적하는 수준으로 농축시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산이 인산, 황산, 트리플산(triflic acid), 메탄설폰산, 기타 적합한 산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물에 흡수팽윤된 산 용액이 흡수팽윤된 직물의 총 중량의 약 40 내지 약 95중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물에 흡수팽윤된 산 용액이 흡수팽윤된 직물의 총 중량의 약 50 내지 약 75중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물에 흡수팽윤된 산 용액이 흡수팽윤된 직물의 총 중량의 약 65중량% 초과인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산 용액이 산을 약 5 내지 약 100중량% 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산 용액이 용매를 약 95중량% 이하로 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 산 용액이 산 약 50중량%와 용매 50중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 설폰화되지 않은 PBI 섬유로 제직되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 설폰화 PBI 섬유로 제직되는 방법.
- 산을 약 40 내지 약 95중량%의 함량으로 포함하는 PBI 직물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 설폰화되지 않은 PBI 섬유로 제직되는 직물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 설폰화 PBI 섬유로 제직되는 직물.
- 산을 약 40 내지 약 95중량%의 함량으로 포함하는 PBI 직물을 포함하는 연료 전지.
