Claims (4)
- 하기 식 (1)로 표기되는 산무수물, 또는, 하기 식(1)로 표기되는 산무수물과 다른 산무수물과의 혼합물을 디아민과 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리아미드산; 식 (1)로 표기되는 산무수물, 또는 식(1)로 표시되는 산무수물과 다른 산무수물과의 혼합물을 디아민과 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리이미드; 및 식 (1)로 표기되는 산무수물, 또는 식(1)로 표시되는 산무수물과 다른 산무수물과의 혼합물, 및 디카르복시산 유도체를 디아민과 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리아미드이미드 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 바니시(varnish):상기 식 (1)에서, A1은 1,3-사이클로헥실렌, 1,4-사이클로헥실렌, 비사이클로헥산-4,4'-디일, 1,3-페닐렌, 1,4-페닐렌, 4,4'-비페닐렌, 나프탈렌-2,6-디일, 나프탈렌-1,5-디일, 비시클로[3,3,0]옥탄-3,7-디일, 5-(4-사이클로헥실렌디일)-1,3-페닐렌, 탄소수 2∼10의 알킬렌, 또는 3-옥사-1,5-펜타메틸렌이고 (상기 환에서 수소 중 하나는 불소, 탄소수 1∼10의 알킬, 또는 트리플루오로메틸로 치환될 수도 있다),B1 및 B2는 독립적으로, 하기 식 (a)로 표기되는 기(基) 또는 하기 식 (b)로 표기되는 기이며:상기 식 (a) 및 식 (b)에서, 상기 식 (a) 중의 R11 및 상기 식 (b) 중의 R12는, 독립적으로, 수소, 또는 C1-C12 알킬이고; 상기 식 (a) 중의 R31 및 상기 식 (b) 중의 R32는, 독립적으로, 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸, 4-메톡시부틸, 또는 벤질이고; B1 및 B2가 동일한 기일 때, 2개의 R11은 동일할 수도 있고 상이할 수도 있으며, 2개의 R12는 동일할 수도 있고 상이할 수도 있으며, 2개의 R31은 동일할 수도 있고 상이할 수도 있으며, 2개의 R32는 동일할 수도 있고 상이할 수도 있으며,단, A1이 방향환을 가진 기이고 B1 및 B2가 동일한 기인 경우에는, R11 및 R12 중 어느 것도 수소는 아니며, A1이 환(環)을 갖지 않은 기이고 B1 및 B2가 동일한 기인 경우에는, R11 및 R12 중 어느 것도 수소는 아니며 프로필도 아니며,상기 다른 산무수물은, 피로멜리트산2무수물, 3,3',4,4'-비페닐테트라카르복시산2무수물, 2,2',3,3'-비페닐테트라카르복시산2무수물, 2,3,3',4'-비페닐테트라카르복시산2무수물, 3,3',4,4'-벤조페논테트라카르복시산2무수물, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐)에테르2무수물, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐)설폰2무수물, 1,2,5,6-나프탈렌테트라카르복시산2무수물, 2,3,6,7-나프탈렌테트라카르복시산2무수물, 비스(디카르복시페닐)메탄2무수물, 사이클로부탄테트라카르복시산2무수물, 사이클로펜탄테트라카르복시산2무수물, 사이클로헥산테트라카르복시산2무수물, 디사이클로헥산테트라카르복시산2무수물, 디사이클로펜탄테트라카르복시산2무수물, 비스(디카르복시사이클로헥실)에테르2무수물, 비스(디카르복시사이클로헥실)설폰2무수물, 비스(디카르복시사이클로헥실)메탄2무수물, 1,2-디카르복시-4-숙시닉-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로나프탈렌2무수물, 1,2,-디카르복시-4-메틸-4-숙시닉-1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로나프탈렌2무수물, 2,3,5-트리카르복시사이클로펜탄아세트산2무수물, 5,6-디카르복시-1-메틸-3-숙시닉-1-사이클로헥센2무수물, 2,3,5,6-테트라카르복시비사이클로[2.2.1]사이클로펜탄2무수물 및 2,2'-비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐)-1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로프로판2무수물로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물이다.
- 제1항의 바니시를 이용하여 얻어지는 배향막.
- 제2항의 배향막을 가진 액정 표시 소자.
- 제3항에 있어서,불소계(弗素系) 액정 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 소자.
