Claims (9)
- 투명기체 위에, 적어도 저굴절율층 및 방오층을 차례로 적층한 반사방지재료로서,상기 저굴절율층은 졸겔법에 의해 형성된 실리카막이고,상기 방오층은 적어도 퍼플루오로알킬에테르 화합물을 함유하고,상기 퍼플루오로알킬에테르 화합물이, 그 분자말단에, 실리카와 친화성이 높은 관능기, 또는 화학결합이 가능한 관능기, 또는 실리카와 친화성이 높은 관능기 및 화학결합이 가능한 관능기 모두를 포함하고,상기 관능기가, 카르복실산 염기, 인산, 인산염기, 술폰산기, 술폰산염기, 수산기, 이미노기, 암모늄염기, 아미드기, 티올, 이소시아네이트기, 클로로실릴기, 알콕시실릴기로부터 선택되는 한 가지 이상의 관능기인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지재료.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬에테르화합물은 하기 화학식 1 및/또는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지재료.[화학식 1]Rf-R1-X1[화학식 2]X2-R2-Rf-R1-X1(식 중, Rf는 퍼플루오로알킬에테르기, R1 및 R2는 2가의 유기기, X1 및 X2는 실리카와 친화성이 높은 관능기, 또는 화학결합이 가능한 관능기, 또는 실리카와 친화성이 높은 관능기 및 화학결합이 가능한 관능기 모두를 갖는 1가의 기이고, R1 및 R2, X1 및 X2는 동일하건 다르건 상관없다.)
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서, 실리카와 친화성이 높은 관능기, 또는 화학결합이 가능한 관능기, 또는 실리카와 친화성이 높은 관능기 및 화학결합이 가능한 관능기는 카르복실기, 카르복실산염기, 인산기, 포스페이트기, 설폰산기, 설폰산염기, 수산기, 아미노기, 이미노기, 암모늄염기, 아미드기, 티올, 이소시아네이트기, 클로로실릴기, 알콕시실릴기에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 관능기인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로알킬에테르화합물의 분자량이 500에서 10000인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명기체와 저굴절율층 사이에 하드코팅층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방오층의 건조도포두께가 0.1∼50nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지재료.
- 디스플레이 장치에 있어서, 표시부 표면에 제1항에 기재된 반사방지재료를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
