- 리프트 통로(1)를 따라 상, 하로 이동가능한 리프트카(2); 상기 리프트카(2)에 연결되는 왕복피스톤; 상기 왕복피스톤을 구동시키기 위한 왕복실린더(3); 압유에 의하여 상기 리프트카(2)를 구동시키기 위한 오일펌프(40); 제어가능한 전원공급부(28)에 의하여 전원이 공급되는, 상기 오일펌프(40)를 구동시키기 위한 모터(39); 펌프라인(42)과 실린더라인(44) 사이에 설치되는 밸브장치(43); 리프트카(2)의 속도를 검측하기 위한 속도 센서(13); 및 리프트카(2)의 이동을 제어하기 위한 제어 및 조정장치(10)를 구비하고,여기서 상기 리프트카(2)가 제1 속도(고속) 및 제2 속도(서행)의 두 개 이상의 속도와, 이들 양 속도 간의 전이단계 및 제 2속도(서행)와 정지 간의 전이단계에서 작동하며,상기 전이단계들이 속도의 연속적인 변화에 의해 구분되는,유압식 리프트를 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서,제 2속도(서행)와 대략 같거나 작은 속도로 하향이동할 때에는, 센서(13)의 신호에 따라 밸브장치(43)에 조정이 가해지는 방식으로 제어 및 조정장치(10)에 의하여 리프트카(2)의 속도조정이 이루어지고,상향이동할 때 및 제 2속도(서행)와 대략 같거나 큰 속도로 하향이동할 때에는, 전원공급부(28)에 조정이 가해지고 이에 따라 모터(39)와 오일펌프(40)에 조성이 가해지는 방식으로 리프트카(2)의 속도조정이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2 속도(서행)와 대략 같거나 작은 속도로 하향이동할 때에, 오일펌프(40)의 회전수가 설정된 값에 의하여 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,리프트카(2)의 속도가 유일한 제어변수이며,센서로서 유량계(13)가 사용되고, 유량계의 실측치(xi)는 제어 및 조정장치(10)로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,리프트카(2)가 움직이기 시작할 경우, 속도에 대한 설정치로 리프트카(2)의 속도를 개방 루프 제어하는 단계 이후에 리프트카(2)의 속도조정이 개시되며,상기 단계는 상기 속도가 설정치(U1,x1)에 도달하면 종료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어방법.
- 리프트 통로(1)를 따라 상, 하로 이동가능한 리프트카(2); 상기 리프트카(2)에 연결되는 왕복피스톤; 상기 왕복피스톤을 구동시키기 위한 왕복실린더(3); 압유에 의하여 상기 리프트카(2)를 구동시키기 위한 오일펌프(40); 제어가능한 전원공급부(28)에 의하여 전원이 공급되는, 상기 오일펌프(41)를 구동시키기 위한 모터(39); 펌프라인(42)과 실린더라인(44) 사이에 설치되는 밸브장치(43); 리프트카(2)의 속도를 검측하기 위한 속도 센서(13); 및 리프트카(2)의 이동을 제어하기 위한 제어 및 조정장치(10)를 구비하고,여기서 상기 리프트카(2)가 제1 속도(고속) 및 제2 속도(서행)의 두 개 이상의 속도와, 이들 양 속도 간의 전이단계 및 제 2속도(서행)와 정지 간의 전이단계에서 작동하며,상기 전이단계를 속도의 연속적인 변화에 의해 구분되는,유압식 리프트를 제어하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 제어 및 조정장치(10)가 수단(12,18,19,22,27)을 구비하고,상기 수단에 의하여, 제 2속도(서행)와 대략 같거나 작은 속도로 하향이동할 때에는, 센서(13)의 신호에 따라 밸브장치(43)에 조정이 가해지는 방식으로 제어 및 조정장치(10)에 의하여 리프트카(2)의 속도조정이 이루어지고, 상향이동할 때 및 제 2속도(서행)와 대략 같거나 큰 속도로 하향이동할 때에는, 전원공급부(28)에 조정이 가해지고 이에 따라 모터(39)와 오일펌프(40)에 조정이 가해지는 방식으로 리프트카(2)의 속도조정이 이루어지는 방식으로 오일펌프(40) 및 밸브장치(43)가 시동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제어 및 조정장치(10)가 기준치 발생기(12)를 구비하고, 상기 기준치 발생기가 입력되는 제어명령신호(K)의 함수로서 리프트카(2)의 속도에 대한 기준치, 모터 회전수예 대한 기준치(XM), 및 밸브장치(43)를 시동하기 위한 기준치(XV)를 생성하며,조정장치(18)가 제공되고, 상기 조정장치가 리프트카(2)의 속도에 대한 각각의 기준치(xs) 및 센서에 의해 검출한 리프트카(2) 속도의 실측치(xi)로부터 제어변수(y)를 결정하며,제어블록(19)이 제공되고, 상기 제어블럭이 구동명령신호(K), 제어변수(y), 및 기준치(XM)와 (xV)의 함수로서 밸브장치(43)에 대한 제어명령(YV) 및 모터(39)에 대한 제어명령(YM)을 생성하며,제2 속도(서행)와 대략 같거나 작은 속도로 하향이동할 때에는, 밸브장치(43)에 대한 제어명령(YV)이 폐쇄 루프 제어의 제어변수를 나타내며, 상향이동할 때 및 제 2속도(서행)와 대략 큰 속도로 하향이동할 때에는, 모터(39)에 대한 제어명령(YM)이 밀폐 루트 제어의 제어변수를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,리프트카(2)의 속도센서가 유량계(13)이며, 상기 유량계의 실측치(xi)는 모든 속도 범위에 걸쳐서 리프트카(2)의 속도 조정에 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어장치.
- 제5자 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브장치(43)가 체크밸브(47) 및 상기 체크밸브에 평행하게 배치되어 있는 하행밸브(48)를 포함하며,상기 체크밸브(47)는 펌프라인(42) 내의 압력이 실린더라인(44) 내의 압력보다 크게 되면 개방되고, 상기 다운밸브(48)는 제어 및 조정장치(10)에 의하여 시동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 다운밸브(48)가 파일럿밸브(50) 및 상기 파일럿밸브(50)에 의하여 작동되는 제어밸브(49)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제이장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 파일럿밸브(50)가 전기적으로 시동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,파일럿밸브(50)의 전기적으로 시동가능한 구동장치가 밸브구동장치(24)를 가지며, 상기 밸브구동장치가 파일럿밸브(50)의 개구단면의 단면적을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 리프트 제어장치.
