Claims (1)
- 외부 링(2), 엘라스토머 외피(3) 및 내부 지지부(4) 그리고 상기 엘라스토머 외피(3) 및 상기 내부 지지부(4) 사이에 배치된 고무 스프링(5, 6)을 구비하고, 원하는 스프링 특성을 얻기 위하여 상기 외부 링(2)과 주하중 방향(10)으로 위치하는 멈춤 완충부(7) 사이에 축방향 관통부(8, 9)가 제공되는 부싱형 베어링 유닛(1)에 있어서,상기 내부 지지부(4)는 V자 형상인 상기 두개의 고무 스프링(4, 5)에 의해 지지되며, 상기 두개의 고무 스프링(4, 5)은 상기 외부 링(2)과 상기 내부 지지부(4) 사이의 갭 내에서 가황처리되고,상기 주하중 방향(10)으로 위치하는 상기 멈춤 완충부(7) 및 상기 외부 링(2)의 엘라스토머 외피(3)가, 상기 베어링 유닛(1)의 축방향으로 배치되고 미리 설정된 파열 지점으로서 형성된 하나 이상의 돌출부(12)에 의해, 상기 베어링 유닛을 처음 사용하기 이전에 서로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 유닛.
