도 2 내지 도 4는 종래의 기술에 의한 브리지 형태의 고무 부싱의 개념 단면도,
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 복수의 브리지형 고무절연체를 가진 차량용 진동감쇠장치의 정면도,
도 6은 도 5의 A-A 기준 단면도,
도 7은 도 6의 B-B 기준 단면도,
도 8은 도 5의 내부 결합대의 정면도,
도 9는 본 발명에 의한 일 실시에와 종래 기술에 의한 공진에너지의 차이를 보이는 도표.
따라서 각각의 브리지형 고무절연체(130)는 서로 동일한 재질이다.

Claims (3)
- 차량의 엔진 또는 모터의 진동으로 인한 공진에너지를 감소시키기 위한 것으로,
내부 결합대와, 상기 내부 결합대를 감싸는 형태의 외부 결합대와, 방사상 내측이 상기 내부 결합대에 접합되며 방사상 외측이 상기 외부 결합대에 접합되어 접합된 내부 결합대 부위 및 접합된 외부 결합대 부위와 함께 단위 진동감쇠모듈을 이루는 복수의 브리지형 고무절연체를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 단위 진동감쇠모듈의 최단 길이는 상기 브리지형 고무절연체가 상기 내부 결합대에 접합된 부위로부터 상기 외부 결합대에 접합된 부위까지의 가장 짧은 길이로 규정되며,
어느 하나의 단위 진동감쇠모듈의 내부 결합대 부위 및 외부 결합대 부위의 형태는 다른 하나의 단위 진동감쇠모듈의 내부 결합대 부위 및 외부 결합대 부위의 형태와 동일하거나 대칭을 이루지 아니하여 어느 하나의 단위 진동감쇠모듈의 최단 길이는 다른 어느 하나의 단위 진동감쇠모듈의 최단 길이와 상이하며,
상기 복수의 브리지형 고무절연체는 서로 동일한 재질이며,
상기 복수의 브리지형 고무절연체의 각각의 1차 고유진동수는 400 Hz ~ 3000 Hz 이내이며, 어느 하나의 단위 진동감쇠모듈의 최단 길이는 다른 어느 하나의 단위 진동감쇠모듈의 최단 길이의 70%~98%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 브리지형 고무절연체를 가진 차량용 진동감쇠장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 브리지형 고무절연체 중 어느 하나의 브리지형 고무절연체의 1차 고유진동수는 다른 어느 하나의 브리지형 고무절연체의 1차 고유 진동수와 40 Hz ~ 1000 Hz 이내의 차이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 브리지형 고무절연체를 가진 차량용 진동감쇠장치.
