Claims (8)
- 포집한 미립자를 산화시키는 미립자 필터와, 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류측과 배기 하류측을 역전하기 위한 역전 수단을 구비하고, 상기 미립자 필터는 미립자를 포집하기 위한 포집벽을 갖고, 상기 포집벽은 제 1 포집면과 제 2 포집면을 갖고, 상기 역전 수단에 의해서 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류측과 배기 하류측이 역전됨으로써, 미립자를 포집하기 위해서 상기 포집벽의 상기 제 1 포집면과 상기 제 2 포집면이 교대로 사용되고, 상기 미립자 필터는 배기 가스의 유출입을 위한 제 1 개구부 및 제 2 개구부를 갖고, 머플러의 상류측에서 배기관내에 배치되고, 상기 미립자 필터의 상기 제 1 개구부와 상기 제 2 개구부와의 사이의 주위부는 적어도 부분적으로, 상기 배기관내의 배기 가스류와 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포집벽에는 활성 산소 방출제가 보유되고, 상기 활성 산소 방출제로부터 방출되는 활성 산소가 미립자를 산화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 방출제는 주위에 과잉 산소가 존재하면 산소를 받아들여 산소를 유지하고 또한 주위의 산소 농도가 저하하면 유지한 산소를 활성 산소의 형태로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 방출제는 주위에 과잉 산소가 존재하면 NOx를 산소와 결합시켜 유지하며 또한 주위의 산소 농도가 저하하면 결합시킨 NOx 및 산소를 NOx와 활성 산소로 분해하여 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 필터의 상기 제 1 개구부 및 상기 제 2 개구부를 통과하는 중심 축선과 상기 배기관의 중심 축선은 평면에서 보아 서로 교차하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 필터가, 상기 배기관의 길이 방향에 다수 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 배기관은 길이 방향으로 분할된 제 1 유로와 제 2 유로와 제 3 유로를 갖고, 상기 제 1 유로는 상기 미립자 필터의 상기 제 1 개구부에 연통하고, 상기 제 2 유로는 상기 미립자 필터의 상기 제 2 개구부에 연통하고, 상기 제 3 유로내의 배기 가스류가 상기 미립자 필터의 상기 주위부와 적어도 부분적으로 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 역전 수단은 밸브체를 구비하고, 상기 밸브체를 제 1 위치로 함으로써, 상기 제 3 유로와 상기 제 1 유로를 연통시킴과 함께 제 2 유로를 상기 배기관의 배기 상류측 또는 배기 하류측의 한쪽으로 연통시키고, 상기 밸브체를 제 2 위치로 함으로써, 상기 제 3 유로와 상기 제 2 유로를 연통시킴과 함께 상기 제 1 유로를 상기 배기관의 상기 한쪽으로 연통시키고, 상기 밸브체를 상기 제 1 위치 및 상기 제 2 위치의 한쪽으로부터 다른쪽으로 전환함으로써, 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류측과 배기 하류측을 역전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
