Claims (4)
- 주축(2)의 선단부에 클램프수단(KR)을 통하여 공구홀더(25)를 기계적인 착탈이 가능하게 고정시키는 공작기계에 있어서, 클램프수단(KR)의 중심부에 전후방향 안내봉부재(16)를 배치하고, 상기 전후방향 안내봉부재(16)는 풀스터드(31) 근처로 되는 그 중심구멍의 선단부에는 빠짐방지 링부재(21)를 부착하고, 상기 빠짐방지 링부재(21)를 통하여 그 선단부가 돌출되는 통체로 이루어진 연장통로부재(20)를 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워넣고, 또한 상기 연장통로부재(20)의 후단부에는 빠짐방지 링부재(21)와 결합하여 빠져나오는 슬라이딩을 저지하는 플랜지부를 형성하도록 이루어지며, 이상에 의해 전후방향 안내봉부재(16)의 중심구멍 내에 대하여 뒷쪽에서부터 차례로 기액통로(17), 분무화 노즐(23) 및 압축공기 공급밸브체(24)로 이루어지는 절삭액 분무화수단(18), 그리고 압축스프링(19)과 연장통로부재(20)를 구비하도록 이루어지며, 이 때 압축스프링(19)의 탄발력으로 압축공기 공급밸브체(24)를 분무화 노즐(23)측으로 압압함과 동시에, 연장통로부재(20)를 그 통체 선단이 빠짐방지 링부재(21)의 선단부에서 항상 돌출되도록 풀스터드(31)측의 전방(f2)으로 향하여 압압되고 있게 이루어지고, 연장통로부재(20)와 풀스터드(31)의 절삭액통로가 연통되는 구성을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연장통로(101)가 공구홀더(25)의 전후방향으로 변위가능하게 이루어지며 또한 스프링(19)에 의해 전방(f2)으로 밀려진 상태로 이루어져 있으며, 이 연장통로(101)의 전단면이 홀더내 분무상태 절삭액 통로(102)의 후단면에 상기 스프링(19)의 탄력으로 압접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 홀더내 분무상태 절삭액 통로(102)의 후단면이 클램프수단(KR)에 의해 클램프되는 풀스터드(31)의 후단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주축(2)의 중심부에 설치된 주축내 분무상태 절삭액 통로(100)를 형성하여 이루어지는 전후방향 안내봉부재(16)를 전방(f2)으로 연장한 상태의 연장통로(101)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축장치.
