Claims (13)
- 수납 및 장착 하우징과, 수납 및 장착 하우징에 피벗 가능하게 연결되는 롤러 캐리어와, 수납 및 장착 하우징에 대해 롤러 캐리어를 반경 방향 및 축 방향으로 지지하는 베어링과, 장력을 가하도록 롤러 캐리어와 수납 및 장착 하우징 사이에 배치되는 스프링과, 감쇠 장치를 갖고, 감쇠 장치는 감쇠 부시를 포함하며 감쇠 효과가 장력 감소 방향보다 장력 증가 방향으로 더 크도록 롤러 캐리어와 수납 및 장착 하우징 사이의 임의의 이동을 마찰력에 의해 감쇠시키는 견인 수단용 인장 장치, 특히 벨트 인장 장치에 있어서,감쇠 부시(9)에 마찰력을 가하기 위해 평탄 밴드 스프링(10)이 제공되며, 평탄 밴드 스프링(10)은 그 제1 단부(11)에 의해 회전 고정 방식으로 수납 및 장착 하우징(1)에 고정되고, 그 제2 단부(12)에 의해 회전 고정 방식으로 감쇠 부시(9)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감쇠 부시는 탄성 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 감쇠 부시(9)는 직경 감소를 위한 슬롯(15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평탄 밴드 스프링(10)은 그 제1 단부(11)에 의해 형상 맞춤 방식으로 또는 재료 로킹 방식으로 수납 및 장착 하우징(1)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 평탄 밴드 스프링(10)은 그 제1 단부(11)에 의해 수납 및 장착 하우징(1) 내에 제공된 장착 슬롯(16) 내에 보유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평탄 밴드 스프링(10)은 그 제2 단부(12)에 의해 형상 맞춤 방식으로 또는 재료 로킹 방식으로 감쇠 부시(9)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 평탄 밴드 스프링(10)은 그 제2 단부(12)에 의해 감쇠 부시(9) 내에 제공된 고정 슬롯(17) 내에 보유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 평탄 밴드 스프링은 그 제2 단부에 의해 감쇠 부시의 직경 감소를 위한 슬롯(15) 내에 보유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수납 및 장착 하우징(1)에 대해 롤러 캐리어(2)를 반경 방향 및 축 방향으로 지지하는 베어링(3)은 롤러 캐리어(2)에 연결된 베어링 부시(18)와, 수납 및 장착 하우징(1)에 연결된 베어링 핀(19)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 베어링 부시(18)는 반경 방향 지지를 제공하는 역할을 하는 베어링 슬리브(20)와, 축 방향 지지를 제공하는 역할을 하는 베어링 칼라(21)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤러 베어링과 수납 및 장착 하우징 사이에 제공되어 장력을 제공하는 역할을 하는 스프링은 평탄 스파이어럴 스프링의 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤러 캐리어(2)와 수납 및 장착 하우징(1) 사이에 제공되는 스프링은 헬리컬 스프링(4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 헬리컬 스프링(4)은 인장 하중이 가해질 때 수납 및 장착 하우징(1)에 롤러 캐리어(2)를 연결하며 수납 및 장착 하우징(1)에 대해 베어링(3)을 통해 롤러 캐리어(2)를 축 방향으로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 장치.
