Claims (14)
- [화학식 1]로 표현되는 반복단위를 60 중량% 이상 함유하는 폴리글리콜산으로 형성된 층의 적어도 한쪽면에 열가소성 수지층이 적층된 다층의 기벽 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지층이 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 폴리스티렌, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리카아보네이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌·비닐알코올 공중합체, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 폴리젖산, 폴리숙신산에스테르, 및 폴리카프로락톤으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 열가소성 수지로 형성된 층인 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 23 ℃, 상대습도 80 % 에서 측정한 기벽의 산소가스 투과율 및 탄산가스 투과율 중 적어도 한쪽이 이들 열가소성 수지층 뿐인 기벽의 그들의 값의 1/2 이하인 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리글리콜산층과 열가소성 수지층 사이에 접착제층을 개재시켜 이루어지는 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 접착제층이 카르복실화폴리올레핀, 에폭시화폴리올레핀, 에틸렌·아세트산비닐 공중합체, 이오노머, 폴리우레탄, 에폭시 수지, 스티렌·부타디엔·스티렌 블록 공중합체 엘라스토머, 수첨가 스티렌·부타디엔·스티렌 블록 공중합체 엘라스토머, 폴리클로로프렌, 스티렌·부타디엔 공중합 고무 및 천연고무로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 접착제로 형성된 층인 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리글리콜산층은 (융점 + 20 ℃) 의 온도에서, 전단속도 100 / 초로 측정한 용융점도 (η*) 가 500 내지 100,000 Pa·s, 융점 (Tm) 이 150 ℃ 이상, 또한 용융 엔탈피 (ΔHm) 가 20 J/g 이상의 폴리글리콜산으로 형성된 층인 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리글리콜산이 글리콜리드의 개환중합체인 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리글리콜산이 글리콜리드 60 중량% 이상 100 중량% 미만과, 옥살산에틸렌, 락티드, 락톤류, 트리메틸렌카아보네이트 및 1,3-디옥산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 공단량체 0 중량% 초과 40 중량% 이하와의 공중합체인 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 / 접착제 / 폴리글리콜산의 층 구성을 갖는 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 / 접착제 / 폴리글리콜산 / 접착제 / 열가소성 수지의 층 구성을 갖는 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 / 접착제 / 폴리글리콜산 / 접착제 / 폴리올레핀의 층구성을 갖는 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 / 접착제 / 폴리글리콜산 / 접착제 / 폴리에스테르의 층구성을 갖는 가스 배리어성 다층 중공 용기.
- [화학식 1]로 표현되는 반복단위를 60 중량% 이상 함유하는 폴리글리콜산, 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지, 및 필요에 따라 접착제를, 각각 압출기로 가열용융하고, 다층 패리슨 성형용 다이에 유입시켜 합류시키고, 다층 튜브상 패리슨을 압출하고, 이것을 고화하기 전에 분할 금형 사이에 끼우고, 당해 패리슨의 1 단을 핀치함과 동시에 공기를 불어넣어 금형벽까지 블로우하고, 냉각시켜 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 중공 용기의 제조방법.
- [화학식 1]로 표현되는 반복단위를 60 중량% 이상 함유하는 폴리글리콜산, 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지, 및 필요에 따라 접착제를 공사출(供射出)하여 유저(宥低) 패리슨을 성형하고, 이것을 일단 고화시켜 혹은 고화시키지 않고, 과냉각상태 혹은 융점 (Tm) 이하의 온도에서, 길이방향으로 연신하거나 또는 연신하지 않고, 금형내에서공기를 불어넣어 금형벽 까지 블로우하고, 냉각시켜 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 중공 용기의 제조방법.
