Claims (4)
- 일정 간격을 갖고 일 방향으로 배열되는 복수개의 게이트 라인들과,매트릭스 형태의 화소 영역을 정의하기 위하여 상기 각 게이트 라인에 수직한 방향으로 일정한 간격을 갖고 배열되는 데이터 라인들과,상기 각 화소 영역에 형성되는 복수개의 화소 전극들과,상기 맨 끝 데이터 라인의 화소 전극들 일측에 형성되어 상기 맨 끝 데이터 라인 바로 전단의 데이터 라인에 전기적으로 연결되는 더미 데이터 라인을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인이 교차되는 부분의 각 화소 영역에 형성되어 상기 게이트 라인의 신호에 따라 상기 데이터 라인의 데이터 신호를 해당 화소 전극에 인가하는 복수개의 박막트랜지터들을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 더미 데이터 라인에는 맨 끝 데이터 라인 바로 전 데이터 라인 신호가 인가됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
