Claims (13)
- 기재상에 초벌코팅도료 (A), 중간코팅도료 (B) 및 최종코팅도료 (C) 를 순차적으로 도장함으로써 복층도막을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,(1) 상기 중간코팅도료 (B) 로서, 열경화성 수지조성물 100 중량부 당, 알루미늄분말 0.1 ~ 30 중량부 및 산화티탄안료 1 ~ 200 중량부를 함유하고 도막의 은폐 막두께가 10 - 25 ㎛ 인 액상 열경화성도료를 사용하고,(2) 상기 최종코팅도료 (C) 로서, 고형칼라도료, 금속도료 또는 간섭모양도료를 사용하고, 그리고(3) 상기 중간코팅도료 (B) 의 도막을 가열경화시킨 후, 상기 최종코팅도료 (C) 를 도장한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층도막의 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간코팅도료 (B) 중에 함유된 알루미늄분말을 3 - 40 ㎛ 의 평균입경으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 알루미늄분말을 3 - 10 ㎛ 의 평균입경으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간코팅도료 (B) 중에 함유된 산화티탄안료를 0.3 - 5 ㎛ 의 평균입경으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간코팅도료 (B) 가 열경화성 수지조성물 100 중량부 당, 알루미늄분말 1 ~ 7 중량부 및 산화티탄안료 80 ~ 120 중량부를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간코팅도료 (B) 가 산화티탄안료 100 중량부 당, 알루미늄분말 1 ~ 15 중량부를 함유하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간코팅도료 (B) 를 경화도막을 기준으로 하여 10 ~ 25 ㎛ 범위내의 두께가 되도록 도장하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중간코팅도료 (B) 의 도막을 140 ~ 200 ℃ 의 온도로 가열함으로써 경화시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종코팅도료 (C) 를 경화도막을 기준으로 하여 10 ~ 60 ㎛ 범위내의 막두께가 되도록 도장하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종코팅도료 (C) 의 도막을 120 ~ 180 ℃ 의 온도로 가열함으로써 경화시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 초벌코팅도료 (A) 가 양이온 전착도료인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종코팅도료 (C) 의 도면상(塗面上)에 클리어도료 (D) 를 추가로 도장하는 방법.
