Claims (4)
- 다중 리포좀 구조로 이루어진 화장료 조성물에 있어서,W/O(water in oil) 겔 페이스트가 다층의 라멜라(lamella) 액정겔로 둘러쌓인 형태의 리포좀을 형성하고 있으며, 이러한 리포좀이 수상 내부에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 W/O/G 네트웍(water in oil in gel network) 구조를 갖는 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에는 수첨된 캐스터 오일 0.3 ∼ 1.0중량%, 폴리글리세릴 이소스테아레이트 0.5 ∼ 1.0중량%, 미네랄 오일 2.0 ∼ 4.0중량%, 황산아연 0.01 ∼ 0.1중량%, 스테아린산 0.3 ∼ 1.0중량%, 세탄올 1.0 ∼ 4.0중량%, 글리세릴 트리옥타노에이트 1.0 ∼ 4.0중량%, 수크로오즈 코코에이트 1.0 ∼ 5.0중량%, 소르비탄 세스퀴올레이트 0.5 ∼ 2.0중량%, 실리콘 오일 0.2 ∼ 2.0중량%, 글리세린 3.0 ∼ 8.0중량%, EDTA 0.01 ∼ 0.1중량%, 폴리글리세릴메타크릴레이트 1.0 ∼ 5.0중량%, 점증제 0.1 ∼ 5.0중량%, 중화제 0.1 ∼ 5.0중량%, 화장유효성분 0.1 ∼ 5.0중량%, 방부제 0.2 ∼ 1.0 중량% 및 정제수 51.8 ∼ 88.38중량%가 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 W/O/G 네트웍 구조를 갖는 화장료 조성물.
- 다중 리포좀 구조로 이루어진 화장료 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,1) 정제수와 전해물질을 에스테르계 비이온성 계면활성제, 폴리글리세릴 이소스테아레이트 및 비극성 오일과 혼합하여 1차 유화시켜 W/O 겔 페이스트를 얻는 단계,2) 상기 준비된 W/O 겔 페이트트를 지방산, 세탄올, 글리세릴 트리옥타노에이트, 수크로오즈 코코에이트계 계면활성제, 소르비탄 세스퀴올레이트 및 실리콘 오일과 혼합하여 유상부를 구성하는 단계,3) 별도의 용해조에 정제수, 글리세린, EDTA 및 폴리글리세릴메타크릴레이트를 혼합하여 수상부를 구성하는 단계,4) 상기 준비된 유상부와 수상부를 호모 믹서를 이용하여 혼합 및 2차 유화시킨 다음 냉각시키는 단계,5) 상기 혼합물에 점증제 및 중화제를 첨가하고 호모 믹서를 이용하여 분산시킨 다음 냉각, 탈포시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 W/O/G 네트웍 구조를 갖는 화장료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 4)와 5) 단계 사이에, 화장유효성분, 향 및 방부제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 첨가하여 혼합시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 W/O/G 네트웍 구조를 갖는 화장료 조성물의 제조방법.
