Claims (7)
- (a) 하기 성분 (i) 및 (ⅱ)의 단량체 100 중량부로 이루어진 가교 결합된 공중합체와 (v) (i)+(ⅱ)의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.01 중량% 내지 약 1 중량%의 가교제를 포함하는 감압성 접착제 층과,(b) 상기 접착제가 코팅되는 기재를 포함하는 물품으로서,상기 공중합체는(i) 약 C4 내지 약 Cl2의 알킬기를 가진 비3급 알킬 알콜의 제1 단일 작용성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 에스테르와 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되고, 단독 중합체로서의 유리 전이 온도가 -25℃ 미만인 1종 이상의 단량체 약 50 중량부 내지 약 90 중량부, 및(ⅱ) N,N-디알킬 치환 아미드로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 공중합 가능한 중간 염기성 단량체 약 10 중량부 내지 약 25 중량부를 포함하고,상기 단량체들의 상대적 양은, 물품이 물 함침 후의 가압 세척 시험과 열적 조절 처리 후의 가압 세척 시험(이들 가압 세척 시험에서는 들뜬 상태가 1 mm 미만인 경우에 합격 처리함), 정전단 시험(초기)과 열적 조절 처리 후의 정전단 시험(이들 정전단 시험에서는 파손이 10,000 분 이상 발생하지 않는 경우에 합격 처리함), 그리고 T 박리 시험(초기), 열적 조절 처리 후의 T 박리 시험 및 물 함침 후의 T 박리 시험(이들 T 박리 시험에서는 박리 값이 3 lbf/in(5.3 N/cm) 이상인 경우에 합격 처리함)으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 3가지 이상의 시험에서 합격하도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 (i) 실질적으로 평평한 표면, 복수 개의 피이크를 구획하는 복수 개의 홈으로 이루어진 구조화된 제2 표면, 및 상기 구조화된 제2 표면의 복수 위치에 부착되고 상기 접착제와 접촉하는 중합체 봉합 필름을 포함하는 투명한 재귀반사 시이트, (ⅱ) 실질적으로 평평한 표면, 상부에 금속층을 갖는 구조화된 제2 표면, 및 상기 금속층과 접촉하는 접착제를 포함하는 금속 처리된 재귀반사 시이트, (ⅲ) 비이드 처리된 재귀반사 시이트의 비광충돌 표면, 및 (ⅳ) 중합체 필름 및 연질의 금속 처리된 필름으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 비재귀반사 기재로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- (a) 하기 성분 (i) 및 (ⅱ)의 단량체 100 중량부로 이루어진 가교 결합된 공중합체와 (v) (i)+(ⅱ)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.01 중량% 내지 약 1 중량%의 가교제를 포함하는 감압성 접착제 조성물을 제제화하는 단계,(b) 단량체에 의해 고도로 가소화된 PVC 성분, 기재의 표면, 또는 이들 양쪽에 상기 접착제 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 및(c) 상기 PVC 성분과 상기 기재의 표면을 형성하는 재료 사이에 상기 접착제 조성물을 배치시켜서 상기 PVC 성분과 상기 기재를 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단량체에 의해 고도로 가소화된 PVC 성분을 기재에 결합시키는 방법:(i) 약 C4 내지 약 Cl2의 알킬기를 가진 비3급 알킬 알콜의 제1 단일 작용성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 에스테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되고, 단독 중합체로서의 유리 전이 온도가 -25℃ 미만인 1종 이상의 단량체 약 50 중량부 내지 약 90 중량부, 및(ⅱ) N,N-디알킬 치환 아미드로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 공중합 가능한 중간 염기성 단량체 약 10 중량부 내지 약 25 중량부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 성분 (i) 및 (ⅱ)의 단량체와 공중합 가능한 산성 단량체 약 3 중량부 내지 약 7 중량부(여기서, 공중합 가능한 염기성 단 량체는 과량의 몰로 존재함)를 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 단독 중합체로서의 유리 전이 온도가 -25℃ 이상인 비3급 알콜의 제2 단일 작용성 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 에스테르 약 3 중량부 내지 약 30 중량부를 더 포함하는 것인 물품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 성분 (i) 및 (ⅱ)의 단량체와 공중합 가능한 산성 단량체 약 3 중량부 내지 약 7 중량부(여기서, 공중합 가능한 염기성 단 량체는 과량의 몰로 존재함)를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 단독 중합체로서의 유리 전이 온도가 -25℃ 이상인 비3급 알콜의 제2 단일 작용성 아크릴레이트 에스테르 약 3 중량부 내지 약 30 중량부를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
