Claims (11)
- 페로스피넬 분말 15 내지 25 중량부, 유리 프릿(glass frit) 40 내지 85 중량부 및 셀룰로즈 유도체, 아크릴산에스테르, 메타크릴산에스테르, 폴리비닐알콜 및 폴리비닐부티랄로 구성된 군중에서 1종 이상이 선택된 유기 비히클 8 내지 40 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑색 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,페로스피넬 분말이 Cu(Cr, Fe)2O4, CuFe2O4, CoFe2O4, NiFe2O4및 NiCo2O4로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 함유하는 스피넬 구조의 산화물 미분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,페로스피넬 분말과 유리 프릿을 포함하는 흑색 분말이 비표면적이 0.3 내지 2.0 m2/g 범위이고 밀도가 3 내지 6 g/cm3범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,흑색 분말이 평균입경이 0.1 내지 2 ㎛ 범위이고, 최대 크기가 4 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리 프릿이, 산화물 환산 표기로 나타낼 때, Bi2O340 내지 90 중량부, SiO25 내지 30 중량부, B2O35 내지 30 중량부 및 BaO 2 내지 40 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리 프릿이, 산화물 환산 표기로 나타낼 때, PbO 40 내지 90 중량부, SiO210 내지 40 중량부, B2O35 내지 30 중량부, ZnO 0 내지 10 중량부 및 Al2O30 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유리 프릿이, 산화물 환산 표기로 나타낼 때, Bi2O340 내지 90 중량부, PbO 40 내지 90 중량부, SiO25 내지 30 중량부, B2O35 내지 30 중량부, ZnO 0 내지 10 중량부 및 Al2O30 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,페로스피넬 분말, 유리 프릿 및 유기 비히클의 총량에 대해 5 내지 30 중량% 범위의 양의 도전성 분말을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,도전성 분말이 Ag, Au, Pd, Ni 및 Pt로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,도전성 분말이 평균 입경 0.8 내지 4 ㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,감광성 수지 및 광중합 개시제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
