Description
Claims (11)
- 제 1기판, 제 2기판, 및 상기 기판들간의 액정층을 포함하며,매트릭스형으로 배치된 화소전극과 공통전극으로 구성되는 화소 및 상기 화소의 동작을 제어하는 스위칭소자가, 상기 제 1기판의 상기 액정층 측에 형성되고,컬러필터와 상기 컬러필터를 덮는 차폐전극이 상기 제 1기판상에 형성되며,상기 화소전극과 공통전극은 상기 차폐전극상에 형성되는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 1기판, 제 2기판, 및 상기 기판들간의 액정층을 포함하며,매트릭스형으로 배치된 화소전극과 공통전극으로 구성되는 화소 및 상기 화소의 동작을 제어하는 스위칭소자가, 상기 제 1기판의 상기 액정층 측에 형성되고,컬러필터가 상기 제 1기판상에 형성되며,상기 공통전극은 상기 컬러필터를 덮도록 형성되는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상가 공통전극의 적어도 일부는 상기 화소전극과 컬러필터사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 화소전극은 상기 공통전극 위에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 화소전극은 상기 공통전극 위에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극과 화소전극간에 인가되는 전압은, 상기 제 1기판에 평행한 성분을 지배적으로 포함하는 전계를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극과 화소전극간에 인가되는 전압은, 상기 제 1기판에 평행한 성분을 지배적으로 포함하는 전계를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극과 상기 화소전극간에 어떤 전압도 인가되지 않는 경우, 상기 액정층내의 액정분자들은 상기 제 1기판에 실질적으로 평행한 방향으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극과 상기 화소전극간에 어떤 전압도 인가되지 않는 경우, 상기 액정층내의 액정분자들은 상기 제 1기판에 실질적으로 평행한 방향으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극과 상기 화소전극간에 어떤 전압도 인가되지않는 경우, 상기 액정층내의 액정분자들은 상기 제 1기판에 실질적으로 수직한 방향으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극과 상기 화소전극간에 어떤 전압도 인가되지 않는 경우, 상기 액정층내의 액정분자들은 상기 제 1기판에 실질적으로 수직한 방향으로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정디스플레이.
