Claims (5)
- 하우징 내에 압축 기구를 수용하고, 이 압축 기구의 동작에 의해 압축성 유체를 외부로부터 흡입하여 압축함과 동시에 상기 하우징 내에 구획된 토출실 내로 토출하도록 구성함과 동시에, 이 토출실 내의 압축성 유체를 압축기의 외부로 인도하는 유통 경로를 설치하고, 상기 하우징 내에서의 그 유통 경로의 도중에 토출 머플러 영역을 구획한 압축기에 있어서,상기 토출 머플러 영역 내에 격벽을 설치하고, 상기 토출 머플러 영역을 상기 유통 경로의 일부를 이루는 제 1 머플러실과, 이 제 1 머플러실과 연결 통로를 통해 연결됨과 동시에 상기 유통 경로로부터 독립된 제 2 머플러실로 이분하고, 상기 압축성 유체에 동반되어 상기 제 2 머플러실 내로 공급되고 이 제 2 머플러실 내에서 응축된 액체를 상기 제 1 머플러실 내에 귀환시키는 귀환 통로를 설치한 압축기의 토출맥동 감쇠장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 머플러실의 용적과 상기 연결 통로의 개구 단면적 및 통로 길이를, 이 제 2 머플러실에서 발생하는 맥동이 상기 제 1 머플러실의 공진 주파수와 일치함과 동시에 제 1 머플러실의 맥동에 대해 역위상이 되도록 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 토출맥동 감쇠장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 통로가 상기 귀환 통로를 겸하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 토출맥동 감쇠장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 머플러실을 중력 방향의 상방에 배치함과 동시에, 상기 제 1 머플러실을 중력 방향의 하방에 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 토출맥동 감쇠장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징을 복수의 하우징 구성체에 의해 구성하고, 상기 격벽을 대향 배치되는 한 쌍의 하우징 구성체와 일체로 형성하고, 상기 각각의 머플러실을 상기 한 쌍의 하우징 구성체를 접합시킴으로써 형성함과 동시에, 상기 연결 통로를 상기 한 쌍의 하우징 구성체에서의 격벽의 적어도 한 쪽 접합면 상에 오목하게 설치된 홈에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 토출맥동 감쇠장치.
