Claims (24)
- 내화성 담체 위에 BET 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 이상인 세리아와 BET 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 이상인 알루미나의 조합물로 주로 구성된 촉매 재료 피막이 배치되어 있고, 이 촉매 재료 위에는 조성물 용적 28,317 ㎤(1ft3) 당 약 0.1 내지 0.5 g의 백금이 분산되어 있는 산화 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 조합물의 약 5 내지 95 중량%를 이루는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 조합물의 약 10 내지 90중량%를 이루는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나는 각각 별도의 분리된 층 내에 배치되고, 이 층들은 서로 적층되어 있는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세리아가 알루미늄 안정화 세리아인 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 조합물의 약 40 내지 60 중량%를 이루는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 약 25 ㎡/g 내지 200 ㎡/g의 BET 표면적을 갖는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 유효량 이상의 백금이 세리아 상에 분산되어 있는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉매 유효량 이상의 백금이 알루미나 상에 분산되어 있는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 내화성 담체 위에 BET 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 이상인 세리아와 BET 표면적이 10 ㎡/g 이상인 알루미나와의 조합물(여기서, 세리아 및 알루미나는 각각 조합물의 약 5 내지 95 중량%를 이룸)로 주로 구성된 촉매 재료 피막이 배치되어 있고, 이 촉매 재료 위에는 조성물 용적 28,317 ㎤(1ft3) 당 약 0.1 내지 0.5 g의 백금이 분산되어 있는 디젤 엔진 배기 가스 정화용 촉매 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 조합물의 약 10 내지 90 중량%를 이루는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 조합물의 약 40 내지 60 중량%를 이루는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 세리아가 알루미늄 안정화 세리아인 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 별도의 분리된 층 내에 배치되고, 이 층들은 서로 적층되어 있는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 산화 가능한 성분들을 함유한 가스 함유 스트림을 상기 산화 가능한 성분들의 적어도 일부를 산화시키기에 충분히 높은 온도에서, BET 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 이상인 세리아와 BET 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 이상인 알루미나의 조합물로 주로 구성된 촉매 재료(이 촉매 재료 위에는 조성물 용적 28,317 ㎤(1ft3) 당 약 0.1 내지 0.5 g의 백금이 분산되어 있음)를 포함하는 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 가스 함유 스트림의 산화 가능한 성분들을 산화시키는 방법.
- 휘발성 유기 분획을 함유한 디젤 엔진 배기 가스 스트림으로 이루어진 가스 함유 스트림을 상기 휘발성 유기 분획의 적어도 일부를 산화시키기에 충분히 높은온도에서, BET 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 이상인 세리아와 BET 표면적이 약 10 ㎡/g 이상인 알루미나의 조합물로 주로 구성된 촉매 재료(이 촉매 재료 위에는 조성물 용적 28,317 ㎤(1ft3) 당 약 0.1 내지 0.5 g의 백금이 분산되어 있음)를 포함하는 촉매 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 가스 함유 스트림의 처리 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 조합물의 약 5 내지 95중량%를 이루는 것인 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 조합물의 약 40 내지 60중량%를 이루는 것인 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물과 초기에 접촉되는 배기 가스의 온도가 약 100 ℃ 내지 800 ℃인 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 세리아 및 알루미나가 각각 약 25 ㎡/g 내지 200 ㎡/g의 BET 표면적을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 촉매 재료 상에 조성물 용적 28,317 ㎤(1ft3) 당 약 0.1 내지 200g의 팔라듐이 추가적으로 분산되어 있는 것인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 팔라듐의 양이 조성물 용적 28,317 ㎤(1ft3) 당 약 20 내지 120g인 것인 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 세리아가 알루미늄 안정화 세리아인 것인 방법.
